The prices are very reasonable. We all had the cooked breakfast. The sausages were cheap and really quite awful. Otherwise the food was good. A smile to strangers on entering cafe would make a difference. Only locals seemed to get a welcome. Please, please buy better sausages it would make a good breakfast great!

We visited the gossip shop in the town after viewing all the comments on trip advisor regarding their home baking and afternoon tea serving When we asked for afternoon tea we were very disappointed to be told by the proprietor that we that we had to book a day In advance for this request due to a special order of cakes that we would select during the tea, The proprietor couldnât have been any more helpful attending to the other elements of food IE sandwiches and homemade cakes that we order during our snack, we had no complaints regarding the food and the service the tea room had a pleasant atmosphere, pity about the afternoon tea.

It's a family run restaurant with a great team of staff who have been with us for years. This is important to me as I feel customers appreciate having the same staff when they visit; it makes it more personal something that I aim for. My customers are ext

Went here because I was told it recently won the cafe of the year!! Donât know who was judging that!! Food was average at best and customer service left a lot to be desired spent more time talking me to the person behind me, everything felt like an effort!! Maybe the staff should be retrained in customer service and not have all the food swimming in grease!! What a wasted trip had better out a snack van!

In Erskine Garden Centre, the restaurant is very pleasant and well staffed. Went for an early morning breakfast and the quality of the food was fantastic. High quality produce and everything served is piping hot. Went for the full Scottish breakfast which included, fried egg, bacon(2 rashers) square slice, black pudding, beans, mushrooms and two slices of toast. Included in the price(£6.75)are tea or coffee and fresh orange juice.Staff are very efficient and friendly.Would highly recommend a visit.Thank you for your lovely review of Caulders Erskine. It sounds like you had the perfect start to the day! I will certainly make sure to let the team know about your nice feedback - it is always great to hear from our customers and know that we are on the right track! Please do come back again soon and see what other menu delights we have on offer!

Food was decent. Was dissapointed with the service. No hello when entererd nor shown to a table. No-one came over to us for our order, it wasnt clear whether we had to go to the counter or not, which eventually I did.No smiles or anything, just didnt feel as welcoming as expected.

Plenty of tables and servers. Menu good with daily specials. I had an issue with my soup, the server took it away and brought a replacement, I was told, felt like a ticking off, â the manager said there is nothing wrong with the soup â all else was good.Thank you very much for your review.I am sorry you felt your server wasn't providing best customer service - and I will certainly make sure to pass your comments to our catering manager - thank you for bringing this to our attention.Kindest regards.
