Things to do in Billingham
Came here for lunch at 1230 and ordered some hot food and was told it would be dropped over. After 35 minutes I was asked if I had gotten my food and it turned out my order was forgotten about. If the place was busy I would understand but only about 5 other orders were completed in that time. She did apologise, but it's not acceptable. Will not be returning.

Can't fault Glady's, the welcome is always warm and friendly, food is excellent with 'proper' tea. Eggs Royale is superb, a great start to the day, visted with family recently and all agreed, great food and excellent value. keep up thhe good work!

Visited for a lunch with my wife. I had their vegan take on the local delicacy, the parmo, and skinny fries. It was delicious. My wife had fish and chips which again was also fantastic(had a little fry of it myself). Will definitely be giving this another visit to try something else on their impressive menu. The staff and owners are friendly and attentive and they deserve every success.

This may only be a small venue, but what it lacks in size it makes up for with great food and great staff. Always welcomed with a smile and food is reasonably priced. Will always get my custom. Have a look for yourselves, great traditional breakfast.

Situated within the old Cleveland Art College on Burlam Road, this 19th century building is the perfect venue for the nostalgic Linthorpe Tea Room Serving full English Breakfast all day Monday to Saturday Lunches- try our black pudding and apple or haggis
The friends I met here visit regularly but it was my first visit. We only had coffee, scones and teacakes but they were delicious. The scone was toasted with melted cheese, delicious. Plenty of butter was provided for the teacakes. Great service and good value. Iâll definitely be back. Thank you for taking your time to make a review We are pleased you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you again in the near future Kind regards Julie and all the staff at the Tearoom
We're regular visitors at Kay's cafe and frequently drop in for our breakfasts before long journeys and in early mornings. The food is outstanding, without a doubt the best breakfast in the north east of England. The portions are more than adequate, ranging from small to absolutely massive. The staff are extremely friendly and service is very quick considering the amount of work they put into the food. Although it's only a small cafe, it has a lot of potential and they could consider expanding. I highly recommend a visit whenever you're in the area.

Very impressed to see this quite up market cafe/deli but then Norton High Street is both stylish and unusually rural in an otherwise depressed North East industrial area. Plenty of trees in the area. A great coffee for me and a healthy green concoction for the wife!

So glad I got the Menu, for this place, through the post. The only place that actually delivers amazing fresh coffee to your door! And the food is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be ordering again. Well done guys!

Steven James Sticky Fingers Cafe/Bar is a music bar and eatery sitting beside Steven James Guitar and Amp Centre, on Linthorpe Rd Middlesbrough. We have created an enviroment where you can come and relax during the day with a glass of wine, craft beer or
I use this bar on a regular basis, once or twice a week, for a drink and a game of chess. It's friendly, the drinks are decent quality and reasonably priced, and the music is pretty good. However, this clearly depends on the person in charge of the bar. Today the barman on the mid-afternoon shift was clearly having a bad day. Depressing music and a depressing attitude which virtually chased us out of the place. However bad day your day there is no need to take out on the customers who help to pay your wages.Disappointing.Hi Alice, So so sorry to hear this, and would like to know what member of staff this was, as this is my business and i have a playlist of upbeat eclectc tunes that i insist are played for our customers, sorry you had a bad experience.. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!Steven James.

This has become a favourite family eatery in Middlesbrough. There is always a nice welcoming atmosphere and the service is very friendly and efficient. The quality of food is always excellent and itâs well worth trying the Polish specialities. Even more importantly, you must save room for the delicious homemade cakes.
