It's the neighborhood diner...small but perfect for the area. Quick service. Good food. They know how to make French toast correctly. Bacon crisp and not soggy. A couple of the booth seats could use reupholstering (first impressions-made us initially think they don't care about the food too). But all was fine in the end.

This is one of those great mom & pop type places where you go for great coffee and some comfort food for breakfast. The omelette was cooked perfectly and the sausage egg tortilla wrap was generous in its portion size. I liked all the windows so you could see some of the life outside hurrying along while you rest with mug in hand, if only for a little while.

Upon entering this new establishment, we were greeted by staff, and talked to the owners. The interior decor is creative and in good taste. There are plenty of tables to sit at with comfortable chairs. The wall menu states many foods including sandwiches, salads, and pizza. Their bagels are made on premise and have a nice texture and tasty. After ordering, the meal is delivered to your table, or take out. The food is fresh, good combinations, and filling. The location is clean, staff is friendly, and helpful, and street parking is plentiful. Looking forward to my next visit in the area and stopping by to eat at IT BGL.

One of the few places that is not a diner where you can enjoy a burger or light meal and have table service. Service is friendly and the food, especially the soups, good.
