There are some sad situations in cafes in Indonesia & the most telling is those people who make coffee! Staff are inept when it comes to making proper cappuccino and while I understand they are untrained I object strongly to paying not only for the terrible coffee but for "Service Charge". Don't go here & you wont be disappointed!

There are a lot of option and a lot cheaper but I just happen to go for this one. The restaurant is decent and at least it has aircon. Many others doesn't. Would be the deal breaker on a hot day. The food were nice and good and the bill turns out to be really surprising low. I am sure I will be back.

The foods are basics, western and local. The anime-verse is just a bunch of posters hanged on the wall, including Smurf and Marvels. Couple of shelves with anime figurines but they are not accessible for guests. We were there during lunch time. There were many families with their kids which seemed to be a family event of the owner. Felt more like eating on someoneâs house where we were not invited.We would like to thank you for your visit and we are truly sorry to bring you such an experience. We are very serious with your feedback and we really thank you for spending your time to let us know what we can improve on. Measurements had already been made to ensure this issue is not happening in our cafe again. Once again, we sincerely thank you for your valuable comment.

Great plant based foods, great location, not too far from the city center. Kids can swim in the swimming pool, they have Lego to keep the kids busy. And not to forget to mention the salad size...huge and yummmmm ... French fries that actually the sweet potatoes...lovely n healthier choice! Must try!

The wood fired pizza oven was a nice addition. The pizza is really quite good. Even by Western standards. It is certainly well above much of the pizza you find elsewhere on Batam.The staff is very friendly, but polite and respectful. Not a bunch of 'buy me a drink' girls. A great place for a meal with friends. The live band is often quite good. A great alternative for a weeknight out.

This well located outlet is popular with the locals and provided a wide range of fresh baked pasteries. The coffee is particularly good at this place. well patronised throughout the day due to reasonable prices and good service.

Went to try this restaurant as we saw chilli crab on the Tripadvisor. Highly recommend the chilli crab, serving style was similar to Dancing Crab in Singapore. It was so good that my wife and I ordered 2 rounds finished 3 huge (large) crabs.!! Also, u need a GPS to clearly locate the exact place of the restuarant with Tripadivsor's map.

Stumbled upon this cafe recommendation on the internet and decided to give it a try. I booked a reservation via their website a couple of days before the intended visit date and itâs true, this cafe is packed on a Saturday lunch hour! Staffs warmly greet you with a smile and the ambience indoor was just pleasant. I really enjoyed the range of American breakfast meals they offer and omg.. Their cakes on display are so mouthwatering! I would definitely return!Butterscotchies,Glad you stumbled upon us on the internet. We actually do not advertise anywhere, but our goal is that our guests become our best advertisement! Glad you made a reservation on the weekend, we have a good number of our of town guests, so if you book ahead we can guarantee you to have a seat.
