Finally! Bandera has an amazing spot for coffee. House latte was delicious, selection is excellent. Both owner and barista were very friendly. This is a great spot to stop on the way to local state parks for some hiking or to just grab a cup and drink by the Medina River.
Last time I was in Bandera, this place was closed and in the process of reopening as Tracey's Place. So now that it's open, thought I'd try it. Wanted something light for lunch, so I thought a Greek Salad would be good. How could anyone screw up a Greek Salad? Well, maybe it someone has no idea what goes in a Greek salad. It was just iceberg lettuce, kalamata olives, and a ton of those bagged pita chips on top. I had to ask for tomatoes and cucumber. The dressing separated weirdly into the oil component and whatever the other ingredients were. It it was $8.50 for this crummy salad. My friends dining with me also hated their food. We won't be back.
