Located in an ideal village near the scenic historic Bannow Bay (great drives, cycling and beaches around it) the food here is consistently gorgeous from breakfast, sumptuous desserts, lunch and Friday evening dining with a BYO service and lovely friendly staff , highly recommend -

If youâre looking for a nice place to have breakfast with your family definitely visit the bay cafe! I love love love that it is dog friendly aswell because I consider my dog part of my family so it is nice that she can sit down under the table while we eat so she isnât locked in the car with poor ventilation. I had the pancakes and added bacon to it and they were to die for, the pancakes were so fluffy and mouth watering good. The staff are all very friendly and you can see they interact well with each other and customers. Very impressive place.

We came across this little cafe by accident. It was a great find. The staff were friendly and engaging. The sandwiches we had were generously filled and were certainly filling. I would recommend it.
Lovely family run business, the coffee is delicious, the sweet treats are fab and the soups are always flavourful.

I had the full irish here. I wasn't great. The food was edible but just didn't have any real taste. More like a cafeteria feel to the place. Nice view of the river but the decor is very sterile.
Stopped in here for coffee and cake. They had a 'New York Style' baked cheese cake on the menu which is my favorite cake, and one I make a damn fine version of at home, so I set the bar quite high with my expectations. Theirs was excellent, nice strong lemon taste in the filling and the base not too thick. Their coffee was very good (a pleasant surprise) and the special of the day, rhubarb crumble, was delicious. A great location in a lovely laneway location, just up from a fantastic authentic pub. What we saw of their meals looked and smelt fine too. Friendly staff topped off a nice afternoon break from the kids.

We've been a few times and it's always packed, so get there before 1pm if you can (it closes at 4pm). Breakfast is excellent, as are any of the dishes. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff, who are certainly kept on their toes! Congrats to everyone. A lovely place to eat and a great choice of dishes. ENJOY!

On Sunday the 29th we visited this cafe for breakfast, I have been here before about 2 years ago whilst visiting family and the staff are very friendly and the food is exceptional and cooked to perfection, I would recommend a visit if visiting Arklow in County Wicklow you will not regret it.
