Great little cafe and lovely staff. Loads of healthy options including a slimming world special....which if it is syn free...was excellent. Not a critism hence the 5 stars but the coffee, hmm you have Salford Roasters on your doorstep, get them in, much tastier. Overall it's excellent and I recommend it wholeheartedly.Hi michelinadviser, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your kind review. We're really pleased you enjoyed your experience with us. The Slimming World Special certainly is syn free and it's a very popular dish. One of our favourites. We're glad you enjoyed it. Thanks too for the coffee recommendation. It's always helpful to know what flavours our customers prefer. Thanks again, The Bexters Team x

Situated within Damhouse, a Grade II* Listed building with 13 acres of gardens and woodlands including a pond. The Tea Room is licensed and serves hot and cold snacks and meals, along with afternoon teas and a variety of homemade cakes and desserts. The T
We visited Dam house for lunch today. The establishment was lovely and the staff were friendly. There was a good choice on the menu and the food was hot when served and it was reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere inside. Definitely worth a visit again. Didn't have a pudding as didn't have room but they looked delicious.

First time for lunch with disabled parking near. Busy at lunchtime but staff making seating easier and service was good. A cafe with main meals as well as breakfast and afternoon tea and lots of choice in the middle. My husband had a meatball starter and a portion of chips while I had the smoked salmon in ribbons of pasta at £11 both meals were very tasty but l thought the pasta lacked enough salmon and tomato which was sparse for the price. The latte was good and hot at £2.50. Worth a visit.

Bambino is a unique, family-run Kindercafe in the suburbs of Salford & Manchester. We offer speciality coffee & tea, Superhero Hot Chocolates, Superhero milkshakes and a selection of cold drinks. We offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, artisan cakes and even A
I was seriously impressed with this local cafe, which offers a range of fun classes for young children and toddlers! From the minute you step into this family-owned business, it's clear how much love and hard work has gone into every tiny detail. From the branding, to the colour scheme, to the hand picked cakes and amazing coffee (no seriously, this isn't like the food in your average kids cafe!) they have thought of everything. Even down to the babywipes on each table! It makes parents feel comfortable, a place where they can connect and relax while the little ones burn off some energy! In terms of the food, the choice available feels like a little piece of the Northern Quarter or Soho, but in Boothstown. I had the avocado on toast which was amazing and was happy to see them offering the most delicious vegan cakes too!Love it!

We visited Four Corners, not for the first time, after a quick walk into Tyldesley to do some errands. It wasnât busy, which was a relief as my stomach was fair rumbly. When we walked in, we were quickly provided with a high chair for the little beastie at a table that they were just clearing and cleaning. We did have to ask for menus but thatâs no big deal. We ordered a Spicy Hot Cheesesteak Ciabatta for myself, Poached Eggs on Toast for Mrs and a kids Cheese and Ham Toastie meal for the little beastie. The food did come staggered, with the kids meal coming last, which probably would have benefitted coming first so he could be fed then we could enjoy ours, but they werenât spread too far apart that we couldnât all be preoccupied with eating! Iâve seen reviews about the lack of communication between the staff and customers, this wasnât evident with all staff, but definitely with the younger ones. This could be an experience thing, but everyone needs to start somewhere and deserve the chance to get that experience. The only other minor thing was that despite it not being very busy, it did seem to take a while for tables to be cleared. A table on which a couple who were eating when we arrived, then subsequently left, only got cleared just prior to us leaving. A little proactiveness from staff on this point wouldnât go amiss. Also, whilst waiting to order some desserts, a customer who was waiting for takeaway asked if it cost any extra for delivery to local businesses, the response to this being âI donât knowâ, with the customer leaving none the wiser. If I were the owner, Iâd be looking at improving the knowledge and customer service training a little. However having said that, itâs definitely a place I will go back to as the food is really, really good. Not your run of the mill greasy spoon cafe stuff, but a menu with various flavours and great choice.

Tried this quaint little place after seeing it on TripAdvisor.Restaurant is small with a small menu too. No complaints from me and everything was clean and tidy.We went for the Yeeros which I guess is similar Gyros. It came in reasonable time as everything was cooked fresh. It tasted delicious and now we know where to go when we want a nice quick authentic Greek snack. Thanks Taste if Greece!

It's a Cafe', open when the shopping Centre is open, ie daytime!
I donât know who is to blame Lowryâs or the shopping centre but itâs ridiculously cold, you canât enjoy anything in those temperatures. The food is good, worth much more that 2 stars but the conditions are unacceptable.
Where to eat American food in Atherton: The Best Restaurants and Bars
The best food in Wigan, and the owner Jack is a real good laugh, good service and always welcoming. The place is friendly and welcoming and the food is to die for, I went in and had a breakfast which was really nice and very cheap, I was asked several times if everything was ok with the food which was nice, I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for the service and food Jack.

Been here two or three times for breakfast. The food is absolutely fabulous, freshly cooked with quality ingredients. The service is great with just the right level of attentiveness. Cleanliness is exceptional with a kitchen you can actually see. Love this place, can't recommend it enough.

Afternoon tea in Curiosity is a lovely way to spend an hour or so with family and friends. Staff really friendly and great service. The afternoon tea was served in a quaint china tea set. There was a selection of finger sandwiches and wraps, a mini quiche tart, a macaron, profiterole, coffee walnut cake, lemon dessert and a warm scone with jam and cream. All presented very nicely and the food was tasty. We were also offered a jug of water for the table too. Staff very attentive. Only criticism was that for me personally, I would have liked slightly more savoury and less sweet but that's just my taste. The sandwiches and warm scones were very indulgent. I find the place a little dark for the daytime although the decor is nice and the place is very clean.. Overall it wouldn't stop me visiting again and its lovely to have this in Atherton. Thank you Curiosity!
