Great pizzas, good pastas, good bakery. It's possible to buy fresh pasta and good bread there, including gluten-free bread. It's not open on Sundays.
This gem could also be titled a hidden gem, it's in the Sarbet area and one has to turn right into this narrow down hill paved road just after the 'Emowdish' building, an old and non-maintained multi story building; and there is car park available about 50m' just behind the building. This lovely designed restaurant may look small from the outside but is indeed very spacious inside and has in the rear a cozy and generous terrace. The owner is a very friendly and welcoming person and the staff polite and very professional. I enjoyed a terrific macchiato and the most delicious and fluffy vegetable omelette with unexpected and fresh! rucola (Arugula), the vegetable leaves known for its fresh peppery flavor, this together with crisp toast. Really, this made my day and clearly...I shall return just for this treat. Noteworthy, on their menu there is as well fresh juice, eggs and toast, crepes, pancake and waffles with syrup, all available and masterfully prepared for a great breakfast.

Excellent spot to drop in for lunch or dinner. The coffee is excellent, in particular the macchiato which you can have extra strong! I am in love with the falafel wrap and the shawarma (shawarma only available on certain days at this location as the expert moves between bole and kazanches limetree locations). We love the cool atmosphere and the high table with stools. Located just behind the boston day spa building on bole.

Bake and Brew is a fast, fresh homestyle eatery in Addis Ababa. We serve all day brunch and breakfast on the weekend, along side free wifi and freshly roasted coffee.
We arrived and found this restaurant to be a very nice location for a good meal for brunch. The decor is contemporary with adequate seating both downstairs and upstairs. We ordered omelets, Ethiopian brunch platter, lentil soup, and waffles. The fresh coffee was excellent! Everything tasted delicious and our service was great! When we come back to Addis Ababa we will plan to visit again!
