Things to do in Abbotsford
Found this great bakery off the highway literally! Very spacious with some groceries especially fine flour product and more. The short meal menu consisting of a few sandwiches including a no meat burger that was delicious. The baked goods were excellent. Great service and friendly and attentive staff. Worth the visit. The only thing missing was hot drinks to go with the pastries i.e. coffee of any sort or tea or even hot coffee substitute such as "Bambu" by A. Vogel a brand they carry! (Hint)

The Matsqui Cafe is a hole in the wall, nestled in the flats of quiet Matsqui just over the Bridge. If you drive to fast you can miss it! and if you've never heard about it I suggest you make a special trip for breakfast! The menu offers a great selection, something for everyone! And friendly staff in a cozy homey feeling atmosphere, where you will experience a meal you would swear was cooked right at home. Coffee is good! and always topped up for you should you desire some more!.Highly recommend trying this spot out and enjoy a home cooked meal away from home!

Was here with a friend yesterday for the first time. Everything, from the moment we were greeted, to leaving, was perfection. The space was decorated beautifully, and felt so calm and relaxing. The music was wonderful, and something that I usually don't even comment on, but it just added to the entire experience. The food was plentiful and all delicious. The morsels were beautifully presented. I felt pampered and quite honestly it was hard to leave!Afternoon tea is my most favorite thing to do, and have been to it many places around the world. Ivana's is right up there with the best of them!!

From the moment we walked in, we could feel the genuine care in this place...The food is lovingly designed, providing options for those with limitations in what they can eat while still putting in real effort to make it palatable. The Salads and soups are creative and taste great.Sorry, no pics of my sandwich... I was hungry.I also appreciate the walls are filled with the work of local artists as well...

Wholesome comfort food, made from scratch in the cafe, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
My husband suggested Cheryl's for lunch one day.All the sandwiches are on homemade brown bread there are no other options. I do not like brown bread, never have so that eliminated all the sandwiches for me as a lunch option. My husband had their famous chicken sandwich and I had a bit of it. It was okay but I've certainly had far better. I had the crustless quiche of the day and it was also not very good. I make a far superior quiche myself. It was very disappointing. For the prices charges the food should be way better. I've also never been to a restaurant that did not offer any options as far as the type of bread you wanted for your sandwich. We would not returnI'm sorry you didn't enjoy your experience.

Tanglebank Gardens Nursery provide a beautiful setting for dinning. The food is excellent with a good menu choice and portion size. One of my favourite lunch stops when in this area.
