Was in Zhuhai for the weekend last week on a two day break from business in Shenzhen. Met up with old friends Nick C and MC at the London Lounge on Paddys Night.Very lively, great live band and good company. London Lounge has a great selection of beers and ciders and offers a nice variety of western food on the Menu.Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fun night out in Zhuhai with a british pub atmosphere. Sometimes you just need some Irish crac and Guinness to fill the heart and belly.I have been frequenting this pub for many years during my visits to Zhuhai and in recent times it had been let slide by the original owner.Now owned by four Irish English teachers the, place has regained its warmth and Irish feel. It was a beautiful late afternoon for my last visit and therefore decided to sit outside and enjoy a few pints of the best Guinness in town and savour a few cigars.Katrina is one of the owners and she is your typical lovely Irish lass. She suggested the Chicken parma and I could not have been happier! Delicious, hearty and fresh...A great pub for tasty food, drinks, friendly atmosphere and crac!

To be honest, I donât like to eat street food before, because I always they are unhygienic. However, this takoyaki in Zhuhai Gongbei is quite different. First of all, we donât need to mind wether it is lawful operation, because it is multiple shop and its license is complete. Whatâs more, our customers can see their whole working process. Itâs very health and the cook are professional. We can easily find out they make takoyaki expertly. Last but not the least, the takoyaki is quite delicious and itâs cheap as well. Only 8yuan for six takoyaki. The first time I went Gongbei with my friends there, and she said thatâs great. But I donât want to try that because I never buy these food before. Then she gave me one and I found out thatâs quite great not only because of the ball but also the burdening! I bought one box of it immediately. After that, everytime I went to Gongbei even I pass by there, I bound to buy it. Also, I recommend my classmates and friends to try it. At the end, they all full in love with takoyaki! This shop is next to the Mcdonaldâs, and itâs easy to find. But because itâs very popular, you can book it before or youâll wait for a long time.
