As the name might suggest, this venue was once a bank, but don't imagine a transformed local branch of Northern Bank this is a grand, towering building with ornate ceilings and has been restored to its former glory, encompassing some original features, an
Visited The Bank Bar today for our family Sunday lunch. Service was fantastic and the food was outstanding, I had the roast beef with all the trimmings but the whole group were very impressed with their selection, steak sandwiches, burgers and Prawns. Definitely be back!

Hadn't been in quite a while but heard about the two new chefs. Definitely did not disappoint. Food and service both fantastic. Fillet steak and crab claws were both delicious. Barry who served us was brilliant. Have already booked to go back in two days time.

In a beautiful refurbished 18th century building, where the Crawford family first started serving drinks in the mid 1800s, the Rostrevor Inn hosts a charming traditional bar, restaurant and stables area, an atmospheric main bar serving delicious food. We
We stayed here two nights 11 and 12 July. Lovely room, spotless clean with tea making facilities and nice bathroom. Beautiful food morning and night. The breakfast was probably the best I've experienced in Ireland. Great choice. Also the staff in restaurant and bar where excellent, friendly and helpful. We had a great day trekking to Cloughmore stone. Would highly recommend Rostrevor Inn and we will be back for sure.Thank you James for your review, it was lovely to meet you both and are delighted you enjoyed your stay with ourselves. The Church is a family run Cafe and Bistro, situated in the picturesque village of Rostrevor beside the beautiful Kilbroney Park. It has hosted new guests and old friends from up the street and around the world right at the foot of the Mournes . Our tradi
During the Fiddlers Green festival we had both breakfast and dinner at this place. The breakfast was so outstanding that we came back for dinner. My wife is a vegetarian and she loved the place too. On good days it is lovely to eat outside as well. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We stayed a large group of woman age range 25/60... we were warmly greated by management and honestly she couldn't do enough for us! Rooms where warm and cosy but the honeymoon sweet is to die for! with large windows and balcony looking out at the sea.. as a family we always do girly hotel getaways with meals included and as a large group someone always complains about something .. we all loved our meal the steak was cooked perfectly to everyone's liking and chicken was moist ...there is a small bar attached but bars around the hotel you can go to... we loved our stay .. and I wanted to mention coming back after the night out at 1.30am we where all very hungry the management came out with platters of sandwiches! I know my aunt's have booked agin with there husbands .. to all staff thanks for great stay

A good local Cafe with several good things going for it,usually a queue for the Ice Cream bar with good selections of Good Ice Cream, dining area seating also good with a varied menu, while there my wife had the Fish gojuns with Onion rings and small salad,I opted for the Super Chicken Chip, neither of us were disappointed in the food or the portions,a pot of good tea complimented the fare,Toilet facility is Very Good, price wise was very good, and all this well complimented by the Easy acess free parking facing the GENOA CAFE...We will be sure to return for more of the same....

Though we were all age groups from 3 to over 80 there was something on the menu for everyone From the superb fish chowder with its delicious homemade wheaten bread which I had a tiny taste of to my scampi and chips. The scampi was second to none fresh batter over large juicy fresh prawns So tasty Others in our group had the penne pasta and fish and chips. Again no fault only portion size a little big. Which is not a fault. We had a three year old with us. Straight away he was given a picture and crayons to play with to keep him amused. Small but tasty childâs menu offered Again great service and very friendly staff. Also great chef.

We were a group of 5 which had prebooked.Shown to our table and orders taken. Two of the group chose monkfish only to be told it was not available. Two other servers told us the same.Lack of communication from kitchen. The rest of the food was ok.We ordered red wine but the bottle was brought opened to the table. This happened for the next two bottles as well.Does nobody know to open and serve wine at a table? In total we had 5 different servers. Not good! There has been a slippage in standards and service since our previous visit .Disappointing! We apologise that you are disappointed with the experience you had. We certainly strive for the highest standards in 23. We very much hope to see you again.
