Following recommendation from 2 gentlemen in our hotel, we decided to go to Neilâs Brasserie for our evening meal. On arrival we found the menu to be extensive with lots of choices on both the a la cart menu and menu of the day.My wife chose the prawn cocktail to start and I went for the black pudding. Both were delicious and nicely presented. Our mains were absolutely superb, I had the chicken stroganoff which was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. My wife went for the roast beef, which she really enjoyed. I was too full for dessert, but my wife had a dessert which was also superb. Also I should mention the service by the gentleman at front of house was also superb throughout our meal.Overall a wonderful meal at Neilâs Brasserie, I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

Staff were rude when asked to warm up breakfast as it was stone cold. Could see them all poking the fingers in the beans and then disgustingly warmed the same beans and put the back on our plate! Manager came out and shouted being very rude to us! Told we are not in England anymore and if the manager is 70 years of age so if she wants to shout she may...JOKE OF A PLACEYou were our first breakfast serving of the day and I will grant you that the beans may have been a little cold from the fridge, however your breakfasts weren't "stone cold" and the 3 of you finished your plates.Your accusation of staff sticking their fingers in your food and serving it back to you is outright slander and a lie, your breakfast's were transferred to a new clean plate, your cold beans were discarded and we provided 4 separate pots of fresh beans and tomatoes to your table.

Well worth a visit. Gorgeous 2 course meal for 19.95â¬Very friendly staff made it a memorable evening.Cosy rustic style restaurant . Our annual Benidorm is never complete unless we visit this little gem. Had to postpone our visit as the owners were celebrating their wedding anniversary. Congratulations from all of us. We will be back same time next year. Great food, good measures, good value for money. Make sure you stop by. Everyone needs a break from the all inclusive buffets. Just down the hill from all the RH hotels. Already looking forward to my next lot of chips. Thankyou all so much for such a great review. Really happy you enjoyed your food and drinks. We look forward to seeing you all again next year .

Called in here for a drink after walking from Levante beach - was very impressed by hospitality and cleanliness. Returned 2 days later for lunchtime meal and intend to go back before our week is over - have seen they are shut Tuesdays.

Visited in February with friends so when I came to Benidorm again with my mum and sister I knew I had to come back to Amigos. I emailed to mention my mum couldnât manage the stairs and received an email straight back to say a table downstairs would be waiting for us. We had starters of fish cakes and mushrooms, both dishes were fantastic. Then mains of fillet steak, lamb and prawns. Meals were all beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The waitress that looked after us was friendly and made time to have a little chat with us. Well done again Amigos and I hope your bar opposite does as well as the restaurant, you deserve it.

I was staying in Benidorm at at the wonderful Rainbow Rentals around the corner where Refuel was recommended to us for breakfast.I had a vegetarian breakfast with an egg exchanged for crispy bacon. The quality of the food was fantastic, a very nice change from the usual substandard quality in the area. Good value, good quality food cooked to perfection and a happy helpful host that nothing was too much trouble for. Lovely view overlooking the sea is also a bonus. I will be back with the girls. We had heard how good Ian's was and tried to book in the day we arrived but beware it was fully booked up for 2 nights.We booked in for the Thursday night and I pre ordered lobster Thermidor which I thought for lobster was very reasonable. We arrived at the restaurant, and immediately noticed what a great atmosphere there was. The owners were great and very friendly. The food arrived and -WOW! The lobster was sensational my wife's food was also delightful, the sauces were to die for.If you want really great food, great atmosphere and outstanding service go to Ian's restaurant we loved, loved, loved it.Johnk
