My wife and I had breakfast twice here whilst staying in Bellingham recently. It was absolutely delicious and cooked fresh so it was hot and very tasty. We refused to pay £13.50 per person at our hotel (Riverdale Hall) . We thought this price was obscene......... even Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!!! Shame on you.At Rocky Road we got 2 full English, tea or coffee and an abundance of toast. And all of this a lot less than £13.50 - and that was for two of us.Will definitely remember this little gem when in the area again.

Great bar area, bonus as it's dog friendly and nice atmosphere. However on the flip side the food was nothing special. Moroccan chicken on bed of sweet potato, with honey, garlic, green olive & cherry tomato sauce. This was definitely not sauce and more of a soup consistency with a very dry chicken breast dropped in the centre on runny sweet potato. I returned this which they quite happily exchanged for a burger that was supposed to be a Greek burger, again no feta cheese to be seen and the burger unfortunately as dry as sticks. I always manage to find a plus side and the chips were tastey. Apparently the fish and chips are fantastic. There's always a positive to be found somewhere

We ate here during a 2 night stay in the accommodation. There was an impressive vegetarian menu for the size and location of the pub, although I ate the broccoli bake and it contained precisely no broccoli. My sister ate the sweet potato curry and was very impressed with it; so much so that she had it again the second night. For me, the food was bland and basic, but the staff were great - very helpful and friendly. The prices are about average for pub food.

This place is great fun and still manages to maintain that authentic 1960's railway carriage smell - it must be the seating!Really, really good food and swift and jovial service. We were lunching quite late but that did not seem to be a problem. Can highly recommend the Cumberland Sausage bap but then my companions were equally happy with their selections.

We had a meal during our stay at the hotel. The food was good and very well presented. This would be a good spot for a small group as there is a room with a table that seats six.

Wanted light lunch and chose mushroom and ham omelettes which came with large homemade chips and salad and a hot lamb roll and ham salad sandwich both with fries. All good except sandwich bread bit dry and not much ham . Lamb came with jug of gravy which was good . Omelettes were very good . With drinks it was £40 . Decor very nice and staff very friendly and helpful.

Our restaurant is set in The Coach House Hotel, within the grounds of Otterburn Hall. Affordable fine dining in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
Stayed two nights in May 2019. Had a wedding to attend in Otterburn and found the coach house on Tripadvisor. Delighted with our find. Staff were excellent , very helpful and attentive. Had booked a âplusâ room - and again very happy. Bed was very comfortable and loved the stairs giving access to the on-suite. Ate in the restaurant on the Friday night which we really enjoyed and ended up staying up a lot later than we had intended as this hotel was so relaxing. Breakfast was ample with some nice touches. Overall we were delighted with the Coachhouse and would certainly stay again.

The Redesdale Arms, also know as "THE FIRST & LAST" is a lovely friendly country inn, with great views over the Rede Valley. Serving traditional home cooked food, Sunday Roasts, Children's menu, vegetarian and gluten free along with a good selection of be
We picked here as it was a half way house to meet up with friends so it was a bit of a gamble but as it happened it was an excellent gamble. Staff were superb and canât remember the last time we had such excellent customer service. Food was great and fairly priced. We had the dog with us so we were in the little entrance room off the bar. This was fine as we had booked in advance. Would be nice if there was a dog friendly area to the main entrance. That said, we will be back next time we are in the area.

Traditional Northumberland Pub, Inn and Creperie with a subtle continental twist. For lovers of great, locally sourced country food & drink.
Let me start off by saying that the owners of this place have done a magnificent job in restyling, refurbishing and remodelling the hotel / inn. It is has been extremely well done, really tasteful and a credit to them. If the food was to the same standard as the decor, then we would definitely return. Unfortunately I donât think another visit is imminent. For a creperie there were only 2 savoury choices. I opted for goats cheese and smoked peppers. The crepe was thick and greasy, the peppers had no smoke flavour them what so ever. We also had a stottie. - Now, we know a stottie when we see one, and there is a great description of a stottie on the menu. Our fish finger stottie resembled more like a small supermarket morning roll. In fact the 2 fish Goujons struggled to fit inside it. A stottie it was not !Service was great on arrival, very cheery and happy. Unfortunately we were never checked on throughout our meal and never asked how everything was when our plates were cleared or when we left. We left a comment card but nobody got back to us. Sorry for the honest review. I hope it can be learned fromHi Thank you for taking the time to leave this review . This is definitely not the standard of food we aim for here at William de Percy . Due to this i would like to invite you back for a meal with us, on me , to show that this is definitely not what should be expected when you visit us .
