Really looking forward to fish and chips but the whole experience was disappointing! Gin in a tall narrow glass because the copa glasses were warm! Same for the whisky even though there were some nice glasses! Food was only passable.

Just returned from another great visit to San Juan and of course our â Local â Rockys - Always welcoming, friendly and made feel right at home.Great to see a varied menu prepared to a high standard by Jamie and Nigel and always looked after by Luke,Beth & Will -be it happy hour, later in the evening or even the early hours of the morning. We again went along to the Sunday entertainment night, enjoyed our Sunday roast and Beef ribs - both were fantasticThanks again for looking after us and we wish you all the best for the remainder of the seasonDavefiona thank-you yet again for choosing Rockys, wouldn't like to guess how many timesYou have been out here this year but it's always lovely to welcome you back. Sunday night was a great night and the Beef Ribs went down very well. Sarah our Sunday evening singer seems to be going very well. I Must say I didn't see the Scottish flag flying at your house so I didn't know you were here. Next year I will let you fly the Scottish flag on the terrace when Scotland are playing, if they get through that is. Look forward to welcoming you back to Rockys in the near future.

Good quality home cooked English food, Great staff, non-smoking, reasonable prices
Just a lovely, relaxed place with great (and reasonably priced) food. Friendly and welcoming owners and staff. Yes, it's English, but sometimes it's nice to get away from the pizza/pasta/fried fish restaurants, which can be a bit hit and miss. The Cottage is a hit for us!

We love this pub. Quirky decor. Cosy interior. Outside seating areas ...even wee blankies when the chilly evenings start. Owners Hannah, Ally and Bibi welcome all their customers with a smile and remember us all when we go back. Hannahâs pub grub menu hits the right spot. Burger night once a week but my fav is the chicken goujons with sweet chili sauce. Loos are worth a visit ... youâll have to go to find out why.

JJ's Cafe del Mar offers good value food in a comfortable setting on Burriana Beach - for lunch, snacks and dinner. Reservations recommended.
We arrived last night and we were greeted by friendly staff, who were very nice and attentive. Starters were fabulous, they included prawns pil pil, butterfly prawns, and a cheese tartlet. All delicious! For mains, steak was really good. Really tasty! Lots of sides came along including veg, potatoes and chips. However, the seafood platter was way below the standard of the starters and the steak. It included alot of battered fish and seafood, which I personally feel should have been stated prior to us ordering it, as myself and the other person are not fans of battered food. Alot of the battered fish was to an aquired taste, which unfortunately we did not have the taste buds for.... But perhaps it's ideal for another person! Overall the starters were fab, steak is very good. But the seafood platter was seriously overpriced and lacked a variety of seafood.
