What a beautiful lunch. Great ambience, friendly non intrusive professional service. The best sauvignon I have had in a long time! The early bird menu is fantastic value - we enjoyed beautiful whitebait then pigeon and truffle fricassée (divine) and goats cheese spinach and pea risotto (also divine). Faultless- will definitely be back.

The ambience of previous visits had disappeared, along with the selection of craft-food items and the walls were stripped bare of the art work, which had previously adorned them. The outdoor seating had someone been placed to be less attractive too.We still might have eaten there had it not been for the flies which were buzzing around everything and it wasn't only the flies who couldn't see a commercial, electrical fly zapper anywhere.

Manor Farm Shop is based on a traditional working farm that produces potatoes, asparagus, pumpkins, soft fruit and rare breed meat. The tearoom offers a wide selection of home cooked food and drinks, all made using local or home grown produce where ever p
Came here for lunch with visiting family. The food menu was lovely, all home grown , local produce. The mint minced lamb pie was particularly delicious and the puddings were fantastic. My only criticism was that they had run out of a lot of the items we ordered so we had to substitute and it got quite confusing. However the staff were very good. Highly recommend this for eating out. The farm shop is wonderful but not so sure about the interiors shop , seems a little out of place and the staff are not exactly helpful or forthcoming in there. They would be better off showcasing local crafters or artists, more in keeping with the spirit of the farm shop in my humble opinion.

When you visit The Greyhound Coaching Inn for dinner or lunch, there is plenty of choice to suit every taste. Our Chefs have a reputation for providing delicious food and offer diners a comprehensive a la carte menu and an extensive wine list as well as a
We have been going to the Greyhound for several years now and they never let us down. The food is always really, really good. Especially the Sunday Carvery - you can tell they make sure to source good quality meat, itâs excellent. Weâve also been for evening meals during the week and these have also been lovely. The menu always strikes a good balance between having some traditional favourites and also something a little bit different. Also the staff are brilliant, always really helpful and friendly. The service always runs efficiently and makes it somewhere you really relax and just enjoy a lovely meal. The Greyhound is a lovely old inn with some great character, especially in the bar and entrance area. There is also a beautiful patio style garden running through the building that provides a lovely outdoor seating area.

We both really enjoyed our visit to The Joiners Arm. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices between the printed menu and the specials board. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, the liver and bacon was a delicious, nostalgic trip down memory lane. Our walnut and blue cheese salad was peelfect. Friendly service from warm and welcoming staff. Recommended.

We have been to this restaurant a few times and can honestly say itâs amazing. Itâs a special occasion restaurant for us at the weekend and you pay more But the service, quality of food and the atmosphere is worth every penny. Their mid week menus are incredibly reasonable.
