An old style English pub serving locally brewed ale and value-for-money pub grub. Come along for Bosun's traditional Sunday roast, compete in their monthly quiz night or enjoy a Mitchell's drought beer while watching sports. Bosun's is the friendliest pub
Good value English pub! Sunday roast lunch is the best - book or come early as it's very popular! Enjoy with a LARGE glass of wine from R25! Max is a character & an asset to this friendly establishment!!!Thank you so much for the lovely review. We do strive to produce home-cooked, good for value meals and aim for consistency at all times. In fact some of the ladies in the kitchen have been there so long that their children are now part of the team! Agreed - Max is a total asset to our business and I often find myself laughing at his odd remarks and dry sense of humor. We do not believe in short measures especially when it comes to a glass of wine and it goes so well with a roast dinner. Trust we will be seeing you again.Best regardsSu

Stayed in a delightful 1 bed unit which was large & very spacious & well appointed. Stunning views over the lovely golf course which was a delight to play. The breakfast was super but the dinner menu was a little restrictive. Stayed 5 nights but drove into town for 3 of the evenings. It was a good 10 minute drive down an unlit road into Knysna which we found a little tiresome at night. We also had the pleasure of the baboon's company on the golf course which was very entertaining. Yet again, the level of service was incredible with nothing being too much trouble. Perhaps for us, a couple, staying on Leisure Island or Thesen would have been preferable.

We are a small and our premises are in an old House we can seat 22 people and have a Garden seating area. We serve Seafood's and one Steak for those that don't eat Seafood
My husband and I discovered Gordons Seafood restaurant by pure chance while driving through Sedgefield from Plettenberg Bay to George Airport. The quaint restaurant boasts a rustic and unpretentious ambience. We were warmly welcomed and chose a table in the garden. We were not yet ready for lunch (the menu was very reasonably priced) and enjoyed our coffee while relaxing in the tranquil garden. Our brief experience at Gordons Seafood was a refreshing break that left us rejuvenated and ready for the road ahead.PS: The restroom facility was sparkling clean.
