Chanced the Black Swan for our last meal of our family holiday. Lovely place, really busy with a lovely atmosphere. We were served by a lovely lad called Adam, very shy but very polite. He got our order spot on and the food was very nice. Good sized portions, a little too much for us!! Will be back next year.

By day, Fleur is a tearoom serving breakfasts, local specialities and homemade lunches and desserts.6 nights a week Fleur Tapas opens, serving freshly prepared Tapas dishes with a mix of local and Spanish flavours. BYOB
We wanted to treat our children to their first Cornish pasty and this ideally located cafe seemed a great opportunity. The service was good and staff friendly. Only one toilet, but it is a small cafe so not overly inconvenient. What let us down was the bill! There were 3 families (including us) and when our particular bill for 2 pasties, a quiche and 3 drinks came to £25 we were shocked! Our friends paid for 2 adults and 2 children to eat and theirs was over £30! We would have understood the prices if they compared to other establishments, but we walked just a short way on and found there were places with food and drinks at much more competitive prices. Living near London we know eating out can be expensive, but back home we could eat out for a full meal for the same price.

THE AWARD WINNING PLOUGH, DULOE. GREAT FOOD SIMPLY PREPARED WELL. The Plough, Duloe, a delightful Cornish pub celebrating the finest seasonal produce from the surrounding area. Found in the lovely Cornish village of Duloe, offering a warm and relaxed atmo
The plough was highly recommended to us as somewhere we could eat with our dogs. It was a pleasant pub, the staff were good and the food was good. If youre in the area or passing by then you will get a decent meal but I would say that you will find a similar quality and style of country pub quite readily.

Visited with my parents and we enjoyed beautiful battered cod and haddock, the lightest batter with such a satisfying crunch. Good thick locally baked bread cakes in butter and Cornish tea to wash it all down. Really great and welcoming service. I'm already looking forward to a return visit

Today whilst in Liskeard shopping my mother and I visited cafe fleur for lunch as we have done quite a few times now. Everytime the service and quality of food is fantastic. The lunch menu is current and fresh and the cakes are outstanding. Even on a rainy day tucked under the canopies of the garden centre we sat outside and enjoyed this place once again. Definitely recommend to anyone nearby.

hpome made food and artisan teas and coffees in the heart of Liskeard. We have a selection of sourdough toasties, hearty daily specials and delicious cakes and snacks catering to meat eaters, veggies and gluten free.
Best breakfast Iâve had. The pancakes were scrumpy. The avocado on toast with vegan feta was also delicious. Great coffee too.
