Near Gatwick Airport, opposite Oldlands Farm B&B
We had a meal on a Monday evening about 5pm. Tandoori prawn and crab cake starter were lovely and both main courses were great too, especially my one which was the duck in a really fabulous sauce. Nam bread was also spot on. Service great, friendly staff. Would highly recommend and go again. Thank you.

Public House
Went there for the first time with company friends for a lunch. We ordered various dishes for staters, main, and desert. The starters were brought within 15-20 min and was delicious. The main followed thereafter. The ribs were massive !!There is plenty of space outside while inside provide some tables. The toilets are clean as well.

The Curious Pig Pig in the Parlour is a new pub with beautiful accommodation, only 7 miles from Gatwick airport. Offering expertly cooked, charcoal oven steaks - including 28 day dry-aged Black Angus cuts, and homemade pizzas cooked in our imported Italia
Our family booked for Sunday afternoon after reading the fantastic trip advisor reviews. The children would normally chose off the childrenâs menu, but I encouraged them to have a roast dinner. They absolutely didnât regret it. We all thoroughly enjoyed our beef & chicken roasts. The restaurant is cosy and spacious (hate it when the tables are too close to each other!) The service was brilliant. We all had just enough room for chocolate brownies and cheese cake for dessert...delicious. We canât wait to go back for another roast dinner. Dear Macfade,Thank you for the 5 star review! We are so pleased to hear you all thoroughly enjoyed your recent visit to us!We are happy you and the kids loved our roast dinners! Our chefs take pride in creating fantastic tasting food with high quality ingredients and not to mention it is all made freshly from scratch. I cannot recommend our roast beef highly enough as it is made from a sirloin cut and is absolutely delicious so I am glad you enjoyed that as well as the roast chicken! We hope to see you soon!Kind Regards,May Heal

Coffee house and wine sampling venue, with full retail of beer, wine and spirits.
Had brunch with a friend, I picked the village breakfast sausage, bacon egg, beans, mushrooms, hash brown and black pudding with choice of white or brown toast. Was able to make changes if I wanted to. It was lovely especially the hash brown. Staff were friendly and attentive checking all was ok. Had to wait a bit for food but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Offering country pub dining in a secluded setting, The Old House Inn serves classic British cuisine in a beautiful decor. Championing the finest local, natural produce, The Old House menu offers pub classics, as well as some creative and seasonal recipes
My wife and I ate in the restaurant one evening whilst staying overnight. Service was good, quick and friendly though restaurant not over busy.Food was enjoyable with a reasonable choice though a bit pricey. £15 for a meat pie with veg and mashed potatoes? Good choice of wines but why have the list printed on a scrappy bit of paper, I can't imagine that the choice changes on a daily basis. However, the wines were definitely over priced, especially as this is a pub restaurant. We enjoyed the meal but wouldn't go out of our way to revisit

We were looking for a typical Sunday lunch for my sons who live abroad and were flying from Gatwick in the afternoon and this was it - lovely old building smelling of wood smoke in a pretty village. They opened early to allow us in and served us a superb lunch - two roast beef and two roast lamb meals with fluffy, light Yorkshire puddings, beautifully roasted potatoes and a mix of carrots, cabbage cauliflower, sugar snaps and broccoli in a thick tasty gravy. We strugged to finish this but then managed delicious possett, pannacotta and ice cream desserts. The service was immaculate and we were absolutedly delighted with the meal, staff and surroundings. A perfect family meal before my sons flew away

If youâve got time to spare before flying from Gatwick, sit down to a delicious meal at Thyme. Once fully fuelled, you could check out Crawley town centre or enjoy some quiet time in the tranquil Riverside Garden Park, which is right on your doorstep.
We have ate at the Thyme on numerous occasions over the years when staying at the Premier Inn, we have old had one poor meal back in August 2018. We have also previously purchased the dinner and breakfast option with our room which is good value. We were here again in May 2019 and ate dinner. Good selection on the menu, we ate later in the evening, which was our preference and as it can be quite busy with families in the early evening. Although we always love the holiday atmosphere at the Premier In n We were quickly seated and served promptly with drinks before our meal which came out in good time. Service was polite and we were happy with our meals and the price we paid.

Whilst price is never the best measure for a restaurant quality, this visit was a bit disappointing. There was nothing specific that you could point at but service a bit hit and miss throughout the meal. The quail was slightly overcooked and dry, smoked duck starter a bit bland although the crab and prawn starter very good. Two courses for £29.95 per head is a bit steep especially as many dishes had price supplements. Wines by the glass also on the expensive side. Nothing really memorable about dining here

The Parsons Pig, now under new management has undergone several improvements. New widescreen HD Tv's showing BT and SKY sports. New Food me nu incorporating Grills and Indian curries and British favorites like Cod n Chips, Sausage n Mash, Minted Lamb Shan
I can't stop raving about this place. It's always brimming with atmosphere and serves good food, catering to the Indian and European palette. The Parson's Pig is nearly always busy, which is a recommendation in itself. Be sure to make a telephone reservation especially if you intend to visit over the weekend. The manager, who is recognisable by his iconic trade mark trouser braces is clearly on top of his game and runs a tight ship with his waiting staff, so the service is exemplary. Cutlery, crockery and glassware are sparkling clean and this attention to detail doesn't go unnoticed. This is a restaurant with high standards. I have no hesitation in recommending it and will continue to visit on a regular basis.Dear Jeff, Thank you for taking the time to write a review with your much-valued comments. We are really delighted to know you enjoyed your meal and it was a pleasure serving you. Positive feedback is motivating for our staff and improves their commitment to their roles in our industry. Our Restaurant Extension is also complete. We can now accommodate Private Functions of up to 60 persons. Several other improvements are due soon. Our much-awaited new menu has also been introduced with some innovative dishes. There is also a Monthly Indian Special of an Appetiser and a Main Course which is proving very popular due to their ethnic preparations and taste.Being ranked No.1 in British and Indian Dining in Crawley, we have a vision to be a premier dining destination in future. We thank you for your custom at The Parsons Pig and hope to see you again soon.Kind Regards

100% Vegan Cafe on Crawley High Street. The majority of our menu is also gluten free or has gluten free options! :)
I visited Sage last night for the first time and was delighted to find such an excellent restaurant, with a varied menu and where you don't feel that you are being ripped off. The service was very good, the food was of a very high quality and the place was spotless. We just felt so welcome and would love to encourage people to support this establishment, even though I am not a vegan/vegetarian.
