My wife and I went to Father Tedâs yesterday for Sunday roast and it was absolutely delicious. Clearly fresh ingredients, freshly cooked. Warning, you need to book even out of season.The atmosphere in this bar/restaurant is really good, so so friendly, but not âclickyâ! If you want to make friends and socialise, this is the place for you!Although not a real ale drinker myself, it is noticeable how many people partake. They seem very popular with many of the customers and I believe the management change them regularly, the beers not the customers . Give Father Tedâs a try, you wonât be disappointed!thank you very much for taking the time to write a review and for your positive comments. We are very fortunate to have a really nice clientele which makes for a friendly atmosphere.I do try and change the guest beers regularly, although I will always have at least one bitter / ale type and one IPA type in addition to the standard beers. Went to Isabella's last week with my wife and friends for a breakfast and it was fantastic. We had a full English with bacon, egg etc.The owners Chris and Isabelle took time to chat to us and our waitress, Karen was very friendly and gave us great service. We will definitely go back when we are in Moraira next year.Thank you for your great review and taking the time to do it. We do enjoy nothing more than chatting to the customers when we get a chance. Look forward to seeing you all on your return next year.

Thanks to Debbie and her team for a really tasty lunch today..one of her Thursday special menus.....we were welcomed and kept as cool as possible in today's heat wave...The three course lunch was excellent and beautifully presented.Our friends were impressed and we will see you again very soon!

So disappointed after reading the multiple five star reviews and pre-booking. Cons: under staffed so service is slow and tense with repeated requests for glasses etc Ambiance is stuck in 1990s with blue fairy lights suspended from walls and noisy fan ticking through the whole evening (no music to create atmosphere sadly). Pros: food is good and homely if a bit old world compared to other Calpe options Hi thereThank you for your lovely review!So 2 star for good food homely food? Woop!I'm so sorry I didn't realise that twinkly lights were 90s? Was that even a thing??We do have music by the way and next time in the middle of summer please request the fans to be turned off! The food here reminds me of the English good old fish and chip shop when you were a child. Beautifully cooked quality fish and home made chips with lots of other options also if you dont want fish including burgers..sausage..pies etc..daily menu also with great prices. This is a must visit restaurant and the quality and service never changes..always first class..

Have been here many times for the lunchtime deal. It's worth the 30 minute drive. Beautiful hake, chips and mushy peas or choose from a long list of specials, most homemade. The mushroom stroganov and rice today was delicious. There was also a veggie lasagne with goats cheese or a homemade vegetarian quiche, salad and chips, chilli con carne and rice, steak and kidney pudding, cajun chicken, salad and chips, homemade cod burger and chips plus more. All of the above are â¬6.50, including a large glass of wine, small beer, water or a soft drink and friendly service. 10/10 again.
