This brazilian restaurant has some amazing pieces if meat. You can have has much different type of meats as you desire and all are really well seasoned and cooked. The arranchera meat was one of my favorite. Be prepared to get out of the restaurant completely full. Enjoyed the place so much! Try the pineapple with cinnamon as well! Deserts looked good but did not try it! Restaurant highly recommanded.

Let's start by saying the food is great. Period. This is the traditional brazilian style place with different swords going around from table to table, everything cooked to perfection. There isn't one dish that's not to be liked in their lineup. However, what really sets this place apart is the excellent service provided by their staff. Everybody is attentive and the crew really knows how to make you feel at home. The restaurant is brand new, so everything in the place looks great and works great. The ambience of Picanhas is also very high end, with a very "Steakhouse" feel, lots of wood everywhere, but still with a family twist to it, and a garden by the side in case you smoke. If you have kids they also have a play area with a few toys and small tables and chairs, nothing fancy, but it keeps kids busy. So, the bottom line...this new kid in town is definetely here to stay, with such high quality food and service! Try it!
Torreon Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Torreon
We visited on recommendation of family who previously had a positive experience at this location. Unfortunately, this time everything was subpar. The service was absolutely terrible. Waiters walk away from you before you finish talking, basic food safety and sanitary principles are ignored and the meat is poor quality and dried out. There are several Brazilian restaurants in Torreón including 2 more locations of the same chain, weâve previously dined at all of them and so far this experience was the worst. I hope the owner will focus on bringing his staffâs training to a higher level at this location, maybe itâs just growing pains.

Our stop in Torreon was unexpected and our arrival at the hotel adjacent to this restaurant was very late. The restaurant manager stayed open in order to accommodate five people in our party. I found that to be a very courteous gesture and it was much appreciated. The food itself was also excellent! Thank you for such wonderful hospitality!
