Nice self service restaurant for having lunch, with a lot of alternatives. Food was always fresh every time we went there, and it normally has nice alternatives for dessert. Prices are very convenient, and there is a parking space right beside the restaurant.

Sensacional!!!

A casa estava cheia. Aguardamos um pouco por uma mesa. Mas o que foi muito negatico foi o banheiro feminino. Sujo, sem papel. O lixeiro tranbordando papel. E os vasos muito sujos... uma pena

We are closed for renovation from 01/05/2017 to 01/09/2017.
This restaurant offers very good quality sea food in central Garopaba, a fish village in Southern Brazil. The service is very friendly and effective. They have some artisanal beers in their menu and the little cod fish cakes are the best in town. They have also many dishes with shrimp. I would recommend the moqueca, which is a traditional delicious Brazilian fish stew from Northeast. But as the name refers, there are many Portuguese dishes as well. By the way, the cod fish cakes are a inheritance from the Portuguese that Brazilians love.

We've been here twice and really liked the choice of pancakes. The sweet one with chocolate and strawberries was to die for...

I really enjoyed the variety of food, including many species of fish to choose. They had anchova, salmon, congrio, pescada, etc. The place is exactly in front of the beach and price is affordable (you pay per kilo). It's not expensive.

Haute fusion international cuisine with homemade accent in a cozy atmosphere facing the sea. Wide variety of apperitizers and first-plates. Extensive menu with different types of top quality ingredients (seafood, fish, meat, pasta, rice, vegetables, etc.)
Right on the beach front road on a corner there is this charming Italian cantina restaurant. With the classic checkered table towels decorated with empty bottle of wines serving a melted wax sculptural chandeliers. At night all candles are lighten and the ambiance is very romantic. The menu has all choices, one of the largest i ever seen, but the house speciality is the seafood. The price range is narrow and a bit pricy for these items, but the Grouper is divine. The main dishes are served at the table, and the side dishes can be chosen in a buffet that offers a variety of mediterranean inspired salad bar. It also offers some warm dishes as the baked potatoes covered in a creamy cheese sauce that combines deliciously with the fish. To drink strongly I recommend the local beer brand Phare that comprehends a wide choice of flavours each one harmonizes perfectly with your choice of meat, chicken, pasta or seafood. But you can still have a wine of your preference from the wine list if it better suits you. I spent 5 days in the town and had 3 meals at this restaurant between lunch and dinner. I give Setentaesete two thumbs up!

On our table we tried the sushi, the picanha beef and the salmon, everything was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and accompanied by many side dishes. The attention was great, all waiters were really courteous, and we were served on perfect timings. Will always go back when in Garopaba.

The wooden structure on the beach is the only place to get food at Ferrugem Beach and the food is delicious! They are famous for their "pastel de siri" a type of fried crab dumpling but their "isca de peixe", fried fish bites, is also pretty sensational. The beer is always cold and the lines at the counter in the high season are usually large but flow. A great place to have a bite with one of the most beautiful views in the world.

I went with family members to this restaurant after my brother have indicated that they have a fine cuisine in Garopaba, where he lives. The place is nice and has wonderful ceramic sculptures for decoration.Arriving there, the chef said she could attend us but we should wait for around 30, because she was receiving a group of more than 20 people for a celebration and they had priority.Wee were in doubt about staying, but she was firm in saying that would take maximum 40 minutes and that she could offer some appetisers while we wait for our dishes. We agreed and stay.It took a while to bring the appetisers and they were good. But we had to wait more than 1 and 1/2 hour to have our dishes served, while also many mistakes were done with our drinks. When receiving our dishes, one that came not what the person asked, but we had no option any more otherwise it would be waiting again. Besides that, the food was just ok, not really special for all the waiting time. On top of that, the chef never came to the table to say what was going on or to apologize for the time we had to wait.We were really disappointed for the chef's attitude. It would be more honest if she had told us that she could not attend 6 more people and we had gone to another restaurant and come back in another day. Also her attitude of not coming to say a word about taking 3 times what she estimated will take to serve our dishes. After all, the restaurant had around half number of tables occupied. How come that a chef with a good reputation opens a restaurant and set a number of tables that her kitchen is not able to attend half at the same time. What would be when the restaurant is full?Anyway, we certainly will not come back.
