Wow! Googled "best lunch in Victorville" and Itchy Foot Islands BBQ was the top hit- close to the interstate was our next criteria and we hit the jackpot!!!Sandwiches and sauces couldn't be better. Generous portions on the sides and a fun island beach themed atmosphere had us wishing we could have dined in... Beers looked good...we will definitely plan to stop for dinner on our next trip through. Thanks!!!!

Original Roadhouse Grill features an authentic roadhouse menu and a down-home, fun lovin' atmosphere. You'll find peanuts served in buckets and peanut shells on the floor. Country music, classic rock and blues can be heard coming out of our jukebox. Bring
The setting is pretty standard as far as a roadhouse steak joint, with the waitresses in Daisy Dukes and people throwing peanut shells on the floor. The food and service was above average, however. I had a Jim Beam steak and the lady had a half rack of ribs. Both were amazingly good and came with tasty side dishes, such as garlic mashed potatoes, BBQ'd veggies, etc. Also notable were the biscuits that come as a complimentary appetizer. They are freshly made and come with honey whipped butter so they're a great start. The waitresses were quick, polite and thorough. We went on a weeknight and there was no delay in getting a table. My only slight criticism is that it's a little on the spendy side, but the great food and service make up for it. I definitely recommend this place and we will be going back again soon.

We were killing time waiting for traffic to improve on the Vegas-LA route. Noticed and smelled the aroma at Dickey's as we were walking back to our car from dining elsewhere (Corner Cafe next door). We ended up getting pulled pork and Polish Sausages for takeout, to enjoy if we ever make it back to LA.Nice decor inside, great menu, free sauce, free soft serve ice cream comes, too!Worth a sit down!!
