Extraordinary place, tucked away in the hills in San Vittore. Cured meats and Angus beef steaks, all from the farm, expertly prepared and cooked by the "Cowboy" Max himself, who trained in Texas and New Mexico. Beautiful decor, with an American touch, and fantastic views. The only reason not to go here is if you don't like meat! Bravo Max! Booking essential as there are only a few tables.
