In Springfield for the weekend to visit Bass Pro and The Wonders of Wildlife. Stopped by City Butcher for lunch with the family and it did not disappoint. We had the ribs and they were fantastic, everyone loved them. We also had mac and cheese as a side and it was fabulous, so cheesy and delicious. It was some of the best ribs I have eaten.

Buckingham's has been in Springfield a long time, and there's a reason they've been around awhile, It's good food! If you like BBQ, you'll like Buckinghams. I prefer the northern location on Kearney, because it's bigger and there's more room for a sit down. But, if you are taking it to go, this is the easiest to go location.

Of the two Buckingham's in Springfield this one is by far my favorite even though the other one is more famous. This is not the Buckingham's that was featured on the Travel Channel, that is the Buckingham's location on Campbell by Bass Pro Shops. In my opinion though this one has better food and offers a few more things on the menu. It's my favorite burger in Springfield. Service has always been good and the restaurant has always been very clean.
