I'm not a huge meat eater, and if you're not, the menu is very limiting. But if you like BBQ, meats, chicken, you'll find something you love here.

Cozy family owned BBQ Joint located in Rosenberg (Southwest Houston) specializing in Texas Style Real Pit BBQ. Mouthwatering BBQ, tasty homemade sides, great service,& family vibe set us apart. We'd love to serve ya !
This place is small. Itâs a hole in the wall. And itâs got some of the best dang barbecue youâve ever had. Between us we had ribs, sausage, brisket loaded potatoes, and a variety of sides. The brisket and ribs were super tender. The meat fell off the bone when you touched it with the fork. Flavorful, and juicy. The potatoes are absolutely amazing. Cooked perfectly, and big. I got mine loaded with turkey on the top and the turkey was delicious as well. The baked beans were yummy and I also got potato salad as a side. More whipped then chunky but a great flavor. I will have to say that after eating my potato I was absolutely miserable. Not because anything was bad, but because it was probably three times more than I should have eaten. I couldnât stop. It was delicious. Thereâs one table that holds 6 to 8 people in the front and then a small area off to the side with several tables in it. More parking than there is seating. This place does a monster to go business. You can tell that a ton of the people coming in to get to go orders were regulars. The staff knew them by name and for some of them they started preparing what they knew they would be ordering before they had even gotten up to the register. They ran out of ribs while we were there!I have to say I highly recommend this little joint, and would be very happy to come back here again! If you havenât been, get yourself here and get some great barbecue!

I have been going to this eating establishment for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in the food served. It is a sit down restaurant after you go through the service line to pick out your food. Various meats are available along with a stuffed baked potato, vegetable choices and salads such as potato , Cole slaw and carrot salads.

The bad- Very expensive. See the bill attached. I had sticker shock.I went there with the purpose of bringing some home. I saw a plate of pork ribs that had 3 on each. That's respectable. So with that in mind, I ordered the pork ribs, a Beef "plate of Ribs" which means one large rib on the bone - 1.5lbs to be exact and brisket.I heard mixed reviews on the beef rib but did it anyway. Mine was great. Nice smoke, nice bark and not fatty. All in all a great rib but that rib was $34.96 I was tremendously disappointed in the Pork rib - not because of the meat but because I got ONE- JUST ONE. That one rib cost me $2.50. It was smokey and tasty and a good rib. The brisket has a nice ring and was very moist with a nice smoke. I received two pieces for 5.00.The Chocolate bread pudding is fantastic. Soft, sweet and not heavy on the chocolate. The Pecan pie was homemade and better than most.Drinks are tea and Stubborn soda. Price 2.50So the building is in the middle of nowhere. It's actually a building built around their smoking trailer. I assume so that anytime they need to travel they are outta there. The owner is on site cooking. The windows are high in the wall so that you can always see the Texas sky.Bty, you do NOT get to pick your own onions, pickles, jalapenos, etc. Which is a bummer. You are given marinated red onions and pickles. What you see in my picture was a double batch. That's pretty thin. Regarding sauce, you get one small container. Can you get more- I don't know if its free or not is the question. What I have heard is that you can call in advance and request something to be smoked such as a rack of lamb, scallops, etc. Thats a nice touch.I had no sides but I am told the beans are made with red pepper not black, onions brown sugar and they are baked beans not pinto. The rest, its up to you if you go.The Good. The food is way above average. I would rate it a solid 8.5 to 9
