We had dinner on a Friday night at Flat Creek. The inside of the restaurant is fun and inviting. The environment was a bit crowded and busy, however, and may not be the best place to take a wheelchair or scooter. There appeared to be patio dining.My order was the ahi tuna, rice & broccoli. I told the server to make sure the tuna was not overcooked. I had to send the tuna back, but! The cook brought a fresh plate to our table and asked me to cut into the fish which was perfectly cooked the 2nd time. Our entire tab was reduced by 25%. So, we were pleased by the correction and discount. My husband had a catfish, brisket plate with coleslaw. He loved the fish and coleslaw, but not the brisket. The service was great, the bathroom clean. We would go again.

This is an excellent BBQ place. Laid-back atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. All of our food was very good especially the pulled pork quesadilla. It was enough for two meals and reheated well. The food was a great value for the money. We received a 10% Military Discount which is always appreciated. We will definitely return.

I don't normally stop at food trucks along the road, but after my experience here I will stop more often! The food was great and the owner was smoking meat while we were eating which added to the atmosphere! Great prices for the amount of food we received.
