barBQ is a well known place in Oskemen so sometimes it can be very crowded but is has multiple floors, so enough space.The place is a little bit American style but in his own Russian/Kazakh way....more cozy and fun.English menu with choice of everything, from Beer snacks to steaks, great salads etc etc.Friendly staff who try to speak English or call someone who does!Food is good, just be aware that a medium steak can be well done because in Kazakhstan they don't like the redness of the meat! So make it very clear to them how you want it!

We met with friends for a meal at Tsaritsa Tamara in Oskemen recently. They are fans of the place so we went not knowing what to expect. The menu is so big it was overwhelming for a first timer, we have seen menus so far in Kazakhstan that are huge but this one takes the ribbon up to this point. Guided by our friends we ordered a number of things to dine on family style, recommend the roasted rabbit and the Trout Tbilisi both were excellent. Also the cheese with honey yum!! Aside from the intimidating menu we enjoyed our meal here.
