Husband and I were out for a Sunday drive on this beautiful day in May. We were originally going to stop in Utica for a late lunch. So glad we didnât and kept driving or we would have missed this place. Awesome food, wonderful service. Our waitress was super friendly. Their Bama Nachos were phenomenal and we split the Ruben. Generous portions. Canât wait to go back and try the meat sampler.

Place is beautiful...bar is excellent and food is amazing. We live locally so we order here when we want BBQ. Carryouts available which may be an option because they are so busy at times.

(The placed moved from its old location in Mendota to its new location in Peru.) The food here is delicious. My favorite is the fried chicken. It is crispy with just the right amount of breading. The pulled pork is very good as well. The location is nice; it's right on the Illinois River. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

This is a riding stable with a restaurant. The food is great. I love the fried pepper jack cheese cubes, burgers, waffle fries, sweet potato fries. Fun atmosphere. Patio on the back in the summer, bonfires with entertainment on Fri night, bands under the pavilion on Sundays. Worth the drive! Caution, you might want to call before you make the drive. I LOVE a grilled burger with a little char on it and that's how they cook them. If you don't, I'd ask for it to be cooked medium.

Great food, great tacos, great beers but waiting for local brewery beers to come back on draft. Families should look on website for hours of dining and go here to ride horses then eat. Also go out for there âFright Festâ before Halloween which weâve been to many times and they do a real good job at it for Halloween. Heard rumors of possibly making kitchen bigger in summer of 2019 which only will make this place so much better with more food choices. Love going here regularly and the staff is wonderful.
