It is surprising some of the locals do not know of this jewel. Everyone that I tell about it and then try it become regulars. The BBQ is great and reasonably price. The wait staff are friendly and attentive.If you are looking for BBQ try this place before going to the big chain restaurants.

Went to Hog Body's for the first time. Although not to far from the I-75, it is out there if not travelling via interstate. But if a restaurant is good, distance doesn't matter. We went on a Wednesday evening around 5:00pm and had an hour wait. When we signed in they said it would be 25-30 minutes. Again, if the restaurant is good, waiting is not a problem. Service was good even though the restaurant was packed and servers were pressed. Wednesday is 99 cent domestic draft night which was a good thing. We started with the fried green tomatoes. They had a corn meal batter and cooked very well. I also had a cup of gumbo. The roux wasn't very thick but had plenty of sausage, shrimp and chicken. Good tasting. I ordered the day special Combo 1 which was wings and half slab of ribs with two sides, $2 off. I ordered beans and slaw with it. My wife ordered the fish dinner with beans and slaw. The fish dinner was very nice. A nice piece of fish and cooked very well. My wings, ordered the hot wings, were over cooked and just a little tough. They did have good flavor though. The ribs were a little over cooked too but again flavorful. The beans were average but the slaw was very good. Overall, except for the wait time, we had a good experience at Hog Body's. Will definitely be back, maybe after snowbird season.

Lots of competition for the dinner dollar and you have to be good and consistent. This Rib City does both, and does it well.Nice greeting and attentive and informative wait staff.We enjoy the Baby Back Ribs but the BBQ Chicken ranks right up there. Lots of molasses in the Baked Beans and some of the best baked potatoes ever served to us. Hint: Instead of butter and sour cream, try the homemade ranch dressing on the potato instead. You will be pleasantly surprised. Going to start a trend here.

The restaurant is visually appealing, has rock and roll playing, huge TV screens, and offers a large selection of food and drinks. Food was fabulous as was our waitress.Free parallel parking on the street if you can find it. We had to park in the nearby parking garage for $1 hour.
