I had a salad with bbq chicken. There was a generous serving of the meat piled on top of the salad. After one bite I asked for a plate to remove the chicken as it was too spicy. This was my first visit there and could not believe there wasnât a choice as far as mild, hot or spicy chicken.I apologize, I thought I had responded to this before but don't see that I had. You can ask for the chicken to come without sauce. The sauce on the chicken is a sweet sauce and the chipotle ranch that comes with it has a little kick to it. You can also choose any other dressing we have. Perhaps the jalapenos on the chicken gave it that heat you experienced as well. You are more than welcome to ask for no jalapenos. Thank you for coming in and trying us out and hope to see you again soon!

Amazing experience! Hadnât been here in years, due to work travels (Far more friendly for non-Koreans). Came in between lunch and supper rushes, and got the AYCE B (had to have the short ribs). Grace was awesome! She always appeared just when the food needed to be turned, served, or more brought. She was totally spot on. All the items I had were simply phenomenal. Of course I started with the bulgogi (just like an old Korean friend made), the short rib, pork belly, and spicy squid. The sides (kimchee , pickled radishes, cold noodles, beets, etc) were always replenished before I ran out. Lastly, donât miss the Soju. Iâm a fan of lychee, which was a very refreshing and tasty compliment.

The meal was good. I wanted ribs; they were delicious, but the service was terrible, which is why I'm giving this a 3. The man walked past several times without checking on us and we stayed an extra 20-30 minutes waiting for him to come take our credit cards. Finally, got tired of waiting and left cash.

Really good!!! I like beef BBQ and the stuff at Smokey Jacks is amazingly tender. It's almost like pot roast but with a nice hint of smoke. Their sauce is different. It's a thin and sweet (honey) sauce that soaks into the meat rather than coats it. I tried the mac and cheese and fries for sides. The mac & cheese was excellent, fries were average. Overall, I highly recommend. It seems they do heavy take-out business but they do have some tables inside to dine-in. Nothing fancy, but clean inside. The really tender beef and a BBQ sauce that is truly different made for an exceptional meal. If you don't like a sweet sauce, then you probably will not enjoy Smokey Jacks - but I thought it was great and will return for more!
