A Sigogna is a result of the transformation of a butcher's family in a fish restaurant. Born in 1974 with the passion of David and his wife Bruna for the traditions and products of their land, passion then passed down to the childrens, Marino and Walter,
Simple and well prepared food.Excellent zuppa di pesche and fish raviolli. Friendly service and good value for money.

We did not want to leave Italy without having eaten a steak Fiorentina. We found just the perfect place for it in this restaurant in Spotorno. We made the reservation an hour before when walking in the centre. The menu is of course mainly meat orientated. We had a carpaccio tartufo as a starter and shared a steak Fiorentina. When you order they ask the weight you want for the steak. We asked 900gr and got a nice piece of 960gr, grilled rare just as we had asked. The boss has his fridge in the restaurant and cuts the meat before your eyes. Really cool. We had a really nice dinner and the price was very correct (you pay the steak per weight). The staff only speaks Italian but put a little effort in it, it is worth it!

The "Osteria La Briga" offers traditional Italian dishes signed by Jacopo Lovisolo
What could be better than eat al fresco, in one of the best area in Liguria? Great food al fresco in Liguria. I first came to this osteria 35 years ago. Very little changed since then. Great food and amazing ambiance.Donât miss the mix appetizer and the mix meat grill. And you can finish with simple but homemade delicious desserts.A regal treat.

The food was great and good value for money. The average rating is due to the wait staff which was not good. A family seated next to us 5 minutes later received a bread basket, parmesan cheese etc. and not us, as well as their drinks and food before us, even with the same waiter. We then had to ask for these items one by one.

Visited on a very busy Saturday lunchtime and waited around for a table on the terrace overlooking the beach, definitely worth waiting for. The two waitresses were completely overworked for such a busy time, but were also really lovely and friendly. Beautiful ravioli washed down with the recommended rose wine. Perfect setting with a view all along the beach at Bergeggi/Spotorno which was spectacular. Will definitely re-visit.
