Bobby Q offers a culmination of barbeque favorites. Along with extensive barbecue research mixed with culinary expertise, the secret behind Bobby Q's barbeque lies within the slow cooking process over Tennessee hickory wood paired with the perfect blend o
This was a first time for us and we truly enjoyed the food! We had the pulled Pork which was excellent. They give you cornbread to start with and end up with melt in your mouth miniature hot donuts! I would recommend getting reservations as it was busy even on a Wed night. We like to start and end your meal with a complimentary treat! We hope to welcome you back again for more pulled pork sometime soon. Take care, Chef Mark

Best Local Barbecue in the State of Arizona. Smoked meats that make your mouth water; side dishes that are never ending; and a friendly staff to boot! Come on down to taste it for yourself!
Busy noon hour lunch and lots of room to sit.Quick service and a wide ranging menu. Food came very quick.Ribs were meaty and fall of the bone but not basted with sauce as it was a side. They do this in case you want a spicier sauce.Side were usual but not butter with the bun and then they brought frozen butter!!Overall a 6.5-7 of 10. Regardless. O rush to go back.

I did not have high hopes for Bar-B-Que in AZ, but this place changed my mind. Really liked the way to order up front and have your food to you in minutes. Everyone got something different and it all hot and very tasty. I had the 4 meat platter and could not eat half of it. The ribs and pulled pork were the best. The brisket was a bit on the fatty side, but not enough to worry about. Ate late in the afternoon and from what we heard it was a good thing. They say the line goes out the door. They serve their sauces HOT which is something I have never seen. Not the best sauce I have had but very tasty.

Nice little joint to stop for a drink and bite to eat. Cool vibe throughout the place and lots to choose from. I enjoyed the onion strings today with many sauces. My favorite in order are, original, honey mustard & Memphis. Didn't try the hot bbq sauce offered as the Memphis was spicey enough for this kid...BBQ rib tips are my next experience. Enjoy the meal and thanks everyone for the treat that "Lucilles" brought for my starter. ââï¸N

Famous Dave's best Phoenix barbecue restaurants and catering. BBQ ribs, chicken, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and salads. Open lunch and dinner.
Famous Dave's hasn't changed its formula in years -- and that's good! One can depend on a very fine plate of ribs or pulled pork or brisket or whatever. Good bar, too. Fine for groups or for couples, although some shops can be a little noisy. Great food and great fun. We'll definitely be back.
