We met a small group of new friends here on a Friday night, & couldn't have been more pleased! Some of our group ordered food, & some of us ordered drinks. Our bartender Jasmine handled us all wonderfully. I didn't notice any specialty or craft beer on tap, but the 24 ounce "large" Bud Light was cold & Jasmine was right on time with her service. We left before the live music started, but realized this place is a music-lovers destination. All of us had a great time, and will return.

We usually eat here several times a year because we like the ribs and the trimmings, i.e. the potato salad, bbq beans, slaw, green beans, and corn on the cob. These sides are served cafeteria style, with free refills. There are also hot rolls and three kinds of bbq sauce. We went there this week and were disappointed in the ribs which were overcooked and dry. We will wait a while before we go there again and hope to have better luck with the ribs.

Sophisticated Texas cuisine, chef driven, scratch made, and honestly sourced. We serve fantastic BBQ, Specialty Steaks, Salads, and Texas Favorites in a beautiful historic venue in downtown McKinney. Also enjoy our full craft cocktail bar with specialty d
This place started off as a butcher shop and opened the restaurant recently. We started with the Pickles and the Pig, as well as the smoked onion dip. Both were good, with the sausages (the Pig) being the highlight. I ordered the 6oz Wagyu sirloin and it was one of the best steaks Iâve had in a while. The chicken fried steak and burger were also very good. The only misstep was the side of green beans. They were too sweet, and the sweet overpowered the bacon that was clearly in them. Stick with other sides and you will definitely enjoy your meal.

We met a friend at Hutchinâs BBQ on Sunday after Clemsonâs Cotton Bowl WIN. The brisket and sides were delicious. We were comparing to Blackâs, which we had in September 2018 when in the New Braumfels area for the CLEMSON vs T A&M game. Blacks was awesome, but Hutchinâs was equallly enjoyable.
