I've been hitting this place annually for many years, and it's consistently the same... always great! Was there over Labor Day weekend and we had the ribs, a pulled pork sandwich as our entrees, with fried okra and potato salad. Everything was as I remembered and we enjoyed every bit of it! See you next year! Locals... why aren't you packing this place???

The difference for me between authentic BBQ and other BBQ is when they use real wood instead of chips! You can taste the difference, and KB takes the tastebuds to the way BBQ should be. Great portions, and spareribs are so meaty! Large sides and I usually clean the plate, but could not here!

Go on in - seat yourself and relax. The salad with pulled pork is awesome -- a large, tasty salad. The bluegill dinner in one of my other favorites with corn nuggets (yummy), crispy french fries or okra. The other sides are good, too. The staff always have provided excellent service - they work together so well that it's no problem asking anyone for anything. My husband enjoys the fried chicken dinner on Sundays!

My husband and I stopped in here for lunch on 4-14-15. My husband ordered the pulled pork, cole slaw and baked beans. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with mushrooms and cheese, cole slaw and green beans. When our meals came out, I had a big long thick black hair laying on my cole slaw. YUCK...They fixed the situation when I brought it to their attention. The portions were a good size, but food was just average. Nothing exceptional but it filled us up. Cost for both was $18.94. We both ordered water with our meals.
