Historic general store building now used as a BBQ restaurant. Call ahead for reservations. And bring with you the fixing you may need, kind of like a picnic with Cele's providing a table, water, BBQ and bread. They encourage you to bring potato salad, etc. A delicious selections of meats are provided for your choice. Unique experience. Some of the floor boards are a little shaky. And they have a few historice items to see.

Stopped by on my way home from a weekend trip to Austin. Never heard if the place, just saw it and wanted BBQ. Must say, it was a lucky stop! The BBQ was great! Small place, friendly staff & good food. Not much more you can ask for. I would visit again for sure.

We stopped by on the recommendation of a local, and were not disappointed! We had the beef brisket, pulled pork and turkey and all were absolutely delicious. Sides were great too. You order at the counter and the staff were really helpful in giving advice on our order, letting us taste a couple of the meats etc. Would thoroughly recommend!

Bill Miller Bar-B-Q sits right across the parking lot from where I am temporarily working. I thought, "This is great! I have Texas BBQ joint within walking distance. I was let down. Now, to be fair, I had already tried Franklin's and Rudy's. Bill Miller's, to me, was about what I expect from the BBQ I get back in Iowa. It's not bad. It just did not stand out.I see vehicles lined up for breakfast every day. Maybe this is where Bill Miller's shines. I still eat there occasionally for lunch and I do enjoy it but if I am looking for honest to goodness "Texas BBQ," I'll go elsewhere.
