We were small group, and we little wonder that if we find the place. But we find the place. Very good steaks and nice staff. Meat is excellent good.

Pane e Salsiccia is a small, unassuming place within walking distance to the train station. It has a small sitting area, and a long wait list for seating. Unlike other places in Italy, you canât sit and chat all day at your table. You have a one hour appointment, after which you must relinquish your seat to the next customer. Itâs that good. The meat is fresh and lightly seasoned to bring out its natural flavor. I went with a large group, and I was able to taste most of the menu. The burger meat was the best Iâve ever had, moist and perfectly seasoned. The chicken skewers were also off-the-carts good. For those not worried about cholesterol, you can have your chicken wrapped in bacon. The sausage is also amazing. This place is a meat loverâs paradise.

One of my clients (and friends) had me and my wife at Samart's for a dinner. The restaurant is a charming building in the middle of Calabria's countryside. Very nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.The real strong point of this restaurant is food. Their "filetto" and other types of meat are just fantastic. Go to Samart's if you like meat of (almost) any kind. You will not be disappointed.

Ci siamo ritrovati con un collega âamicoâ sotto suo consiglio in questo ristorante, un tavolo solo occupato alle 22:00 ero un poâ scettico, allâingresso si presenta il proprietario molto cortese, abbiamo ordinato assaggi di carne, il tipo brasiliano che cucina la carne cordiale preparato ed ottimo cuoco dal momento che la carne era molto buona, il cameriere altrettanto gentile e preparato, devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, il conto assolutamente in linea con la cena.

What a wonderful experience to drive up the curving mountain road (Our Lombard St.) to see the Mediterranean coast line to be greeted with truly southern Italian family hospitality. Owner, Vittorio and son, Felice, with wife and 2 daughters in the kitchen creating delicious Italian meals and ready to prepare what ever you desire. The owner and son will make you feel you are part of his family. In the summer, sit outside and enjoy the evening view and incredible weather that makes California weather seem bad. Even if you go alone to this charming, hospitable restaurant, you will always have someone to talk to.....most of the friendly town of Ga Bella has relatives that go back and forth from Canada, so there is always a visiting relative there that speaks English.
