Argentinian restobar in the heart of the old town in Corralejo. Here you will find a choice of fresh meat, burgers, vegetarian options and more. All our meat are cooked on a volcanic stone grill.
We went here this evening with the expectation of having a good steak. The reviews had already given us a thumbs up and we were not disappointed. Although we were quite early, given the usual dinnertime here, we were welcomed warmly. The proprietor was quick, polite, and honest in his recommendations. The restaurant is tidy, clean, and quaint. He understands how to deal with children, having sent for our little one's dinner together with our starter. As we went for the Argentinian beef and the Entrañas, she had the chicken fingers. Her dinner was simple but beautifully arranged and consisted of home-made real chicken, not any of that easy frozen deep-fry stuff! Our meats were tender and grilled perfectly! The ambiance and hospitality shown us were truly genuine and we are glad to have found this little gem before the end of our vacation! We will surely visit here again. The wines, coffee, and desserts are fabulous! The menu is not big, but better a small menu with perfection on a plate than a mulitude of choices and poorly made and I am sure that everyone can find something tasty to have as they cater to several dietary choices.Big thumbs up!

After countless trips to Fuerteventura this was our 1st visit to this restaurant, it won't be the last! After much deliberation chose the sweet black pudding to start, didn't disappoint, Actually brought some back to the apartment to have later!Wife had number 12 which was the prawns and mushrooms in garlic, again, very nice.Main course had to be the mixed grill for 2 at 29 Euros, its mega and the accompanying chilli salt was a good touch. How we managed a dessert (home made crem caramel)after that I will never know....belt was unbuckled on leaving!El Horno has consistently good reviews for a reason, it delivers quality and quantity in a lovely authentic and rustic environment. We will be back!

Argentinean Grill specialties in meats, pies, salads, home and hand made pizza argentina style ,rolls matambres and excellent wines in the country... etc
Having travelled throughout Argentina since 1972 itâs the worlds best place to eat steak. Even outside of Argentina, Genuine Argentine restaurants using imported meat from Argentina are excellent also, however not this one. Went last night 7 of us waited 1hour 15 minutes from taking order for 10 empanadas to be served and they were good to eat. Another 20 minutes later our steaks arrived plus one chicken escalope previous our youngest had been brought an anemic looking burger with a few scattered chips on an oversized plate this was brought 15 minutes before our empanadas. One of the steaks was a flank steak it was in two strips both were laden with streaks of fat and it was like trying to chew leather. The remaining 4 steaks were supposed to be sirloin They were all as tough as old boots. All the steak eaters left more than they ate. Garnishes with the dishes left a lot to be desired. We did highlight our disappointment which was obviously evidenced by the amounts of food we had left on our plates they knocked off the price of the flank steak but it still cost us â¬160. Have eaten elsewhere at two thirds of the costs of this disaster meal and thought they were excellent. So itâs back to the squares by the harbour for a more delicious meal.
