高山から車で20分くらいの飛騨市にあります。一年くらい前にできたようです。地元の方が開店しました。前菜からおしゃれな料理です。メインの肉は、ブロックのものを食べましたが、さしもなく、肉を食べたという印象が残ります。すごく美味しいものをちょっと食べられるお店です。

お店は川沿いで、夜は看板の明かりが浮き出てます。お店の雰囲気はアトホームで落ち着きますが、肉は期待できないかな〜と思ったら…さすが飛騨牛！とっても美味しい！！肉の甘み、柔らかさとも大満足。特にタン。豚も近くの生産らしく、美味しかった。料金もリーズナブルで東京で食べたら3倍位するのではと思いながら食べました。名物のとんちゃんまでにお腹が膨れてしまい、野菜抜きでいただきました。次回は野菜入りを食べたいです。
