I have been to OMC three times. It's a fun restaurant with a great little outdoor patio. You are served pork rinds to test out their four different types of bbq sauce. I have ordered their smoked chicken quesadillas twice and they were excellent. However, the last time I was there, I decided to try their smoked chicken tacos and they were awful. I believe the chicken must have been microwaved too long and the meat was really dry. Anyway, I will go back and try it again but just won't order the chicken tacos. Later afternoon lunches there are nice .... no crowds but the evenings get pretty busy.

I have been to this location more than a few times, and have received favorable portions and very nice and cordial service, except for my recent visit. I'm pretty fond of the brisket, but my last two visits, I had the briskets and both times, they were overcooked. By the time I get home, it was tough and dry. My advise would be to cook less, lower temp, or whatever a BBQ pit master is suppose to but please don't service me tough, overdone meet. Secondly, Sunday is Kids eat free. I purchased my meal, sat down with my son, and then realized it was Kids Eat Free, so I approached them to get my son's meal, and was belittled by a manager (red head gentleman) about it has to be on the same ticket. I was like, are you serious? He then in front of other customers argued with me over this meal until another customer had to jump in and stated he could put it on his ticket. Very unprofessional, a like the same manager arguing on his cell phone with someone, in view of customers. My recommendation would be to get his customer service training, lessen the time of cooking the brisket, and everything is else is excellent. A bad apple can spoil a bunch, and a manager arguing with a customer in front of his kid and other customers is just Unsatisfactory. Decent food, but eat here with caution...

When ever we are in Duluth we always stop at Famous Dave's. They great you with a friendly smile and make you feel welcome. We bring our grandkids--they love the food also. Especially the loaded baked potato. We order several things plopp them down in the middle of the table and everyone shares. Can't wait to go back to Duluth.
