I've tried this place several times and several time brisket to go. Each time I expect the quality to be better, but it's just not there. The brisket is a bit chewy and always taste like roast beef. That smokey flavor just isn't there. I know they have a smoke pit in the back, so I'm not sure what the problem might be. My parents always buy the brisket when I visit Greenville and it's always generally bla. Sorry I would love to give this place a good review. But it's just not there. I may try again in the future.

TX newbies looking for barbecue! For an appetizer, we ordered the spicy fried pickles. They really werenât spicy. We ordered the smoky chicken griller, a cheeseburger, baby back ribs, and the pig man sandwich. Everyone loved their food and our service was most excellent. They werenât busy, and we got seated right away. My picture is of the smoky chicken grillerâroasted chicken, bacon, pepper jack, and secret sauce on Texas toast. There are three different house sauces, and their fries are amazing (and seasoned). Would visit again!

Barbecue is not just food - it's a tradition! Along with Fried Pies just like grandma use to make! Our location is a franchise off of the original Baker's Ribs that is a family-owned barbecue restaurant based out of Dallas, Texas that was established in 1
