Now as anyone from Texas knows BBQ can be pricey. Hutchins is no different. I don't mind the "Buy by the 1/4 lb" but I would appreciate having an idea of what that might look like. They post prices but you really don't know if its quite enough to eat, so you order it, they cut it fresh and you get the shock when they slap the price sticker on your tray! Now the food is delicious, fresh but expensive. So be careful when you order. They post prices by the 1/4 lb so beware when you say "1 lb please", that's 4 times the price posted. Nice place overall, like the small tray idea for the sides, little like a cafe style help yourself. Lots of seating. Would go back but order more cautiously.

Wonderful all around. Came on a Friday night about 6pm. No line, no wait. Very private seating. Ambiance is intimate. Waiter was attentive, not too much. Just right. The food is amazing. Beef tongue was perfect. Prime bulgogi was the best we have ever had. Pork stomach excellent. Shrimp a bit smaller than we expected. The sides were great, kimchi super fresh. $24.99 each, Groupon gives you 20% back on your card. We will b back for sure.

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q serves Real Texas Bar-B-Q seven days a week. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and group meals.
Try the pulled pork sandwich, cole slaw and add the sissy bbq sauce ... they will add bread and let you sample the meats. Country store atmosphere with a Texas flavor...

We went there for dinner and Monday the store was packed. The rib dinner was very good and you can also get several sides. The restaurant serves cafeteria style so you pick and choose you sides. The ribs were fall off the bone cooked perfect. I personally don't use too much BBQ sauce but the sides were good and you also get bread from the meat slicer when you start the line. During the dinner several times girls walk around with just out of the oven fresh and very hot bread served in baskets. This is the same bread but twice as good as you get from the meat slicer. The store has various teas peach is my wife favorite and also serves beer, not sure about wine.
