Meat has a very casual feel. They have large community tables and a lovely patio. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff have always been attentive, helpful and friendly. It is sometimes hard to know how much to order, they are great at making recommendations. The menu is designed for groups of people to order together and share. I think this is great as you get to try more things. Everything comes on a big platter and is set in the middle of the table. For the meat there are a few sauces on the table for dipping-my favourite is the cherry. All the meat I've tried has been good. I highly recommend the mac and cheese (its so creamy) and the garlic fries as sides. They have a good selection of local beers and cocktails. Can get really busy and there are no reservations, so I recommend being prepared to wait or going at non-peak times.

Loved this spot!Visited with a friend and we tried all of the various meat skewers. Definite favourites were the beef filet and the grilled pineapple; so delish with the brown sugar coating!Not a cheap meal, but great variety, fun ambience and good value. Would visit again.

Excellent food with great service. Dad is a bit of curmudgeon and usually finds something to complain about - he started and server was so friendly that he was disarmed - a first! His complaint was that ribs werenât saucy enough - server brought 4 sauces over right away. Chicken was highlight for entire table - Smokey, moist and just so flavourful- yummy! Steak ends with rice and fat-a** burger were also enjoyed. Only item we wouldnât order again was sâmores, but server did advise other desserts were better so our bad for not following her advice. Bread pudding was tremendous! Canât wait to return. Very reasonably priced with filling meals, and some takeaway.
