A simple "Mom and Pop" store that gives you a "country atmosphere". Getting a variety platter is probably a wiser decision if you have never eaten there before. Personally, I avoid ordering briskets because it is too oily for my heart. You can always get an ice tea to accompany your meal.

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q serves Real Texas Bar-B-Q seven days a week. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and group meals.
I can honestly say this is some of the best barbecue I have had. The setup is very cool, and the staff is overwhelmingly helpful and friendly. All of the cuts are plentiful, and the sides are also very well done. The breakfast burritos are out of this world! If you like barbecue, you owe it to yourself to stop here and give it a shot.
Qâ in it Up is a. Altering company with a food truck. You can track where they are go8ng to be and when on their Facebook page. I have to say this has to be one of if not the best bbq Iâve had. My wife is not a fan of smoked or bbq foods....but after having tried Qâ in it Up....she said âweâll definitely be hitting this up againâ.
The staff is always so friendly there. It is always packed since it's a truck stop but they do carry a variety of items from coffee, soup, food to any snacks and drinks. I just wish they were to get an update inside of their store. I love stopping here.
