I arranged with Ahmed from Yalla Habibi for a group of 11 people to have lunch. We pre-ordered a vegetarian mezze plate for everyone to keep it all simple as we were on a tight schedule. The experience could not have been better. The food was fantastic. We started with a small bowl of lenti soup, then lots of wonderful tastes: several fresh mezze items on a large platter for each of us. Everything was beautifully presented, the service was very friendly and attentive. Ahmed and his team took the time to answer questions about specific dishes that were new to us. Great value too. Second time visiting this place in the last 2 months. Both with groups of 8-12. The service is great and the hot stone cooke your own steak seems to be a hit with everyone that comes here! Majority of our folks ordered fillet and cooked it to their taste along with steamed vegetables or typical french fries that European seem to be so fascinated with, served with their main dishes. Mixed green salad was also refreshing and tasty. A nice list of wines and Mexican beer!!! The first visit we had very slow service on a night that the place was 1/4 to 1/2 full at best. So, Iâm not really sure what the issue was. Specially the fact that they basically serve you a hunk of meat and you cook it yourself. If you are in the area, give it a shot.

We dropped by for lunch without a booking. We were the first customers in the restaurant and were assigned a table for 2 not at the main hall (we note that some customers came in later and they were told they can sit anywhere they like). I thought we could have at least been given that choice. Other than that, the steak was very good and the bottle of recommended wine was excellent. I didnât find the prices were overly expensive. We ordered a dessert each - tiramisu and a chocolate mousse but I think these were not quite average in taste.
