Flyvergrillen is a classic fast food joint with hotdogs, burgers and a limited selection of plate servings. In the summer you can buy large icecreams at a reasonale price. It is undoubtably the excelent view of Copenhagen airport that attracts the many customers. The location right next to runway 22R/04L offers a good chance to see the many planes landing and taking off from the airport. You can also watch trainees loosing car control when learning wet road driving skills at the nearby driver's license training school.

This is a superb Argentinian restaurant. Excellent food, excellent service, and an excellent wine selection. It is located in the Christianshavn district but close to the metro station, so easy to get to if you are not staying in the area. Highly recommend you try this place -- one of the best meals we had during our visit in Copenhagen.

Or, in our case, if you have a long layover â go for a walk outside, its 10 minutes from the boring, noisy, expensive terminal. We had #24, which is a durum [tortilla] with shawarma and chicken mix. Comes with very good salty fries and a soda. It was big and quite tasty. Taxi drivers hang out at the picnic tables [a sure sign its good].

KöD is the steak house in Copenhagen, where you can enjoy a sumptuous dinner in charming surroundings with fine wines and the best service in Copenhagen. The concept is meat of the finest quality in the form of steaks from the best cuts from Denmark, USA
I recently visited KoD for dinner while staying nearby at the Comfort Hotel Vesterbro (see separate review). The food was amazing! The restaurant is up-scale and the prices are a bit on the higher end, but anyone traveling to Copenhagen knows that things tend to be a bit more expensive than many other European cities but not unreasonably so. The menu is limited but each offering is its own specialty. KoD offers grain-fed steaks that are so delicious they simply melt in your mouth. They can be ordered with a variety of very tasty sauces and toppings. It was really the best meal I had in two weeks traveling through several European countries. The restaurant isn't large and reservations are recommended, but although my work colleague and I didn't have a reservation, they were able to seat us without a wait. The Vesterbro district itself a great venue with a lot to see and do, so if you find yourself in the neighborhood and want a nice sit down dinner, I would highly recommend KoD.
