Visited for lunch with the family and was impressed. Surprised that it wasnât crowded at lunch time but it was a Tuesday. Or perhaps the location is a little out of the way for some. Nevertheless, the service was fast, food was excellent, ambiance was fitting. Decided to use this place to cater a ceremony. Worth checking out if you are in the area! Enjoy!!
This local spot has the most amazing pulled pork salad. The service is fast and friendly. The location is out of the way but the food worth it. Prime rib is offered for dinner on Friday. Although I have not tried it yet I have been told by my picky eater friends that is is delicious.

Stopped by here yesterday on our way to Starkville for a baseball game, and were not disappointed. The service was quick and friendly. You place your order at the counter and then your meal is brought out to you. I ordered the large BBQ pork sandwich, which came stacked high with pulled pork and also opted to have cole slaw added. The meat was tender and was well complimented by the (2) sauce options on the table, both mild and spicy. I chose the baked beans as my side, which were hot and tasty. My friend opted for the Chicken On A Stick, which comes with a caveat that states it may take up to 45 minutes to prepare. It did take a little longer than my sandwich, but well inside the 45 minute warning. It came loaded with huge pieces of fried boneless chicken, and was told that it was delicious. A server came by twice and inquired if we needed anything, and our drinks were refilled promptly. Little Dooey's Columbus location is definitely no-frills, but service & food at a reasonable price made it well worth our patronage.
We enjoy stopping in here for a casual dinner. The chicken strips were excellent. Our friends took us there for Barbeque and catfish. We like the baked beans too. We have been back several times and will return.
