Ate here on Thursday, 9/19. Ordered two meat plate. Ribs and Brisket. Brisket was very dry. I have smoked brisket, its not nearly as dry as this was.

This was a new restaurant for us and we weren't disappointed. The ambience is warm and cozy with a woodburning fireplace near the bar and spacious booths. My husband ordered a combination rib and brisket platter while I opted for a 6 oz steak. Both meals were delicious and we had our choice of sides. Our waiver was attentive without being intrusive and despite it being a crowded Saturday night, we didn't have to wait long for our food.

Visited with a few friends who were craving Korean food. Having visited a few times, the scarce side dishes were expected.Besides us, there were 3 other parties (Monday night) so they weren't too busy. Despite this, service was a bit on the slow side. On select days of the week, they serve Korean fried chicken. So of course we ordered it. We ordered the soy garlic - 8 pieces for $19. Unfortunately there wasn't enough sauce on the chicken AND the pickled radish that should have come out with the chicken has apparently discontinued (but still written on the menu...). It tasted fine but most likely won't order it again.They RAN OUT of black rice. One of us could not order the dish we wanted to take home because they ran out of the black rice (it was 8pm). So why the 3 stars? My dish, yookgaejang, was really really good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good! I would go back for this dish alone! The soup had depth and had just the right amount of "stuff"!!!Overall, will go back when I'm craving yookgaejang, but won't expect too much beyond that.
