The menu has good options and variety. We ordered a bowl of chili and bowl of bean soup, pulled pork, beef brisket and baked potatoes. The food was excellent and portions were large. Would definitely recommend.

Set in the, what appeared to be the airport's previous restaurant, we all ordered different plates and shared as we usually do at BBQ joints we visit. Although all the meats had a nice smoke ring with a moderate bark it missed on the deep down smoke flavor. I know it's hard to have to smoke your meats offsite and reheat elsewhere but when buisness is not brisk, often times you sacrifice in lost flavors and juices. Q sauce was ok and only one offered in a small serving dish. Would recommend the ribs as the brisket and pulled pork was on the drier side which needed the Q sauce. As we all agreed a good smoked meat needs very little if at all, Q sauce. The Hunt is still on.
