We stopped in here for lunch mostly because we saw the huge line up out front and knew it must be good! A little gem in the middle of a beautiful scenic drive. Well worth the stop in. Wonderful BBQ Brisket and other BBQ specialties. Huge portions and the price is fair. Sweet staff and lots of fun.Thank you! We definitely want it to be fun! Iâve never intended it to be another restaurant. Itâs a bbq joint, for me itâs like a backyard bbq with friends and family. Life is too short to not have fun! Thanks again for the great review, Iâm glad you had a good time!

Full Service Restaurant located 9000 feet above stress level in beautiful Cloudcroft, NM 88317. Clean and friendly, large menu, lots of specialties. Can accommodate large groups.
We stopped because the parking lot was full and we figured it was a great place to eat. Well it was ok but I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich and it was way over cooked to the point of looking like shoe leather. My husband had fried chicken and said it was good. I also ordered Cherry Pie ala mode. The pie was good but the vanilla ice cream was pretty bad and I am an ice cream lover. I donât know how to describe it, just no taste and wasnât worth eating. Think we will try somewhere else next time.

We returned and dined with a friend, but the bbq wasn't as good as it was last year. The cole slaw and beans were bland. The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were just average. Not very many folks dining in the place during lunch hour.
