Both the brisket and pork were outstanding, especially on the buttered roll. I don't care for bought potato salad, but this was unique and had a great flavor (a bit too much dressing for my taste, but still yummy). The coleslaw was also made perfectly. If I lived nearby, I certainly would be visiting this establishment frequently.Can't go wrong with the brisket! We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the brisket and pork! Thanks for coming in!

We chose Poogans for a casual evening out last Friday. The food was all excellent! The atmosphere was fun and lively, but decor nothing special. Service was good. The boiled peanuts were great, as was the cornbread as appetizers. We had brisket, pulled pork sandwich and 2 meats/ wings and pork. Wings were huge! All the meats were delicious, perfectly cooked and very generous portions. A great spot for casual dining BBQ in Charleston!

This restaurant has combined with a Greek/ Hookah bar night club. We passed the place before asking. The signs are confusing and little ad for Queology. But it is there and so good! Delicious wings and pulled pork. would go back!

After 5 years in Charleston I was finally able to try Home Team. The service was good but I was just not impressed with the BBQ. I just thought what I had was dry and I also did not love the sauces they offer.

Great ribs, friendly service and good prices brought us back here twice in two days in Charleston. The sides are all tasty, and the funky blues bar atmosphere is casual and fun. There are lots of fancy places to eat in Charleston, this ainât one of em. But if you want good food and good value, totally recommend you stop here.This is awesome.
